Had a $55 order in drive thru. Was missing a burger, and a whopper was made incorrectly. No big deal, it happens. Assuming “Have it your way” means there aren’t issues with customized orders, I went inside and politely told the young guy at the register that my whopper was made incorrectly, and that I was missing a plain bacon cheeseburger. He decided to not say anything to me at all (an apology would seem in order, considering they messed up my order), and instead rolled his eyes. He then told the cook what was missing, and the cook laughed. I didn’t find it very funny, but whatever.
I received the items, and the missing plain bacon cheeseburger ( 2 ingredients, bacon and cheese) was missing the bacon. I was frustrated, and went to my car. It didn’t take that long at all, which was nice.
When I got home, all 16 chicken nuggets were hard and cold. All the fries were cold. The cheese on the burgers wasn’t even melted. The food was terrible.
I inquired online thru customer service, given the terrible experience when I went inside the store. I was apologized to, and offered a $10 coupon. I think the average person would consider this a terrible resolution. I stated that to the representative, Jessica, and she stated “cold food does not equate to terrible quality, as the food items can be re heated”. Y’all ever have fries out a microwave?? Disgusting. Are we expected to heat up our own food? This isn’t Papa Murphy’s. She wouldn’t budge off the $10 coupon, and says the store management said that’s the best they can do.
Absolutely unreal. I give hundreds a day sometimes in refunds to my loyal customers, asking with sincere apologies, when my company makes mistakes not even half this bad. And I coach and train my people. And if I had heard they treated a customer like this, there would be an investigation and coaching performed immediately.
Call me old fashioned, but I don’t expect to pay over $50 for gross food I’m apparently expected to heat up to my satisfaction.
Store management, if Jessica from support truly reached out to you, and this was your resolution- shame on you. Beyond...
Read moreI love Burger King and almost exclusively eat my fast food meals here and specifically at this location because it's the closest one by far.
My orders almost never have any issues and the workers are accommodating to even my most ridiculous customization requests (light Mayo, light pickel, reg. Ketchup, light BBQ, no mustard etc etc... Idk... The app let's you fine tune the burger so what I'm supposed to do be like "Nah, I'm good. Just give me whatever I get today?? I blame the app!) and that's really awesome of them. I've spilled my fries and all kinds of ish and they've given me a fresh order out of pity and overall chill-ness. Also food quality here is always on point so no complaints there either.
However, all these fine details of awesome are almost completely drowned in the shadow of the managers sun blotting iceberg-demeanor and attitude to the point I've already realized there's no use being nice since she's the type to always interpret my (even clearly positive, upbeat/motivational let alone the unacceptably dreaded "neutral") comments as negative to the point that I now know I'm asking for some drama if I don't just take my food and go regardless of whatever she's coming at me with THIS TIME..
This would otherwise be the best restaurant location ever in my opinion.
I hope ma learns not to stress so much (seems like she works 90 hrs a week or some ish and her attitude definitely wears each of those hours) or at least realize that between whatever is bothering her she's missing chances to refresh a little with people who aren't bout all that nonsense. And I know it's not just me cause I see her like that with other's as well (do I just eat here too often?). But yeah...
Slow down. Relax a little. Don't read this and spit in my food now. Actually I take all that back. Best manager ever, would...
Read moreToday it was the badest day ever 😢😢😢😢. I heared about discrimination but today I felt it and I knew it what that means 😭😭😭🤯. I went for the Gresham Berger king . At Eastman park way off division st . OR . To get our lunch me and my wife and kids . And once we start to place our order the woman was talking give us wrong money amount in the speaker and start to get so nervous at us when we try to ask why . so we moved to the window to explain what we want and give her the right order. She start to get more nervous at us and even she don’t want to give us chance to talk and than she closed the window so bad and strong and said I’m not gonna give you food today so I nucked the window and told her I’m not asking for free food and you neeed to be nice with your customers. She said I’m not going to sell you any food and she refused to gave me the food so I told her I’m not going to leave from here until I have food for my kids . Then her colleagues came out and try to apologize and help me with my needs so I did ask them about her manager they said she is the manager and her name is Trish . So I’m here in U S FOR 9 years and I never feel what I felt today it’s discrimination. I live my life here as any other one but today that the first day I feel I’m not in my country. It’s so bad feeling when you feel that people around you don’t love you just because you are not there nationality. She even not been only acting bad to us she was trying with other people in the store to stop helping us . We are a good customer with Burger King for very long time we never see someone as this women before. It’s so sad...
