The person "in charge", Megan, is a chaotic mess. I saw no leadership qualities in the more than an hour I was waiting for my online order placed at 3:50 for a family get together. Online stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived late at 4:45 because it was a large order (10 pizzas) & the order hadn't even been started. She told me 4 times that she would personally make my order yet never started on it. Each employee was working on a separate task rather than working as a team to quickly get things done. Megan excelled in talking in circles and chit chatting with the other employees about anything and everything not having to do with getting revenue into the store by properly directing her team to fulfill the customer's orders. I definitely will not be returning to this location. A better alternative if you love Domino's is the location on Powell Blvd. While waiting for my order on Hogan, I contacted that store to see if they could take care of me. Absolutely 💯% they could. I ordered and paid, again, for their location. Then spent 15-20 minutes waiting for Megan to stop talking long enough to understand that I wanted a refund. She kindly took care of that immediately and gave me her sincere apologies. I do understand that these things can happen (I've been working in restaurants, including Management for more than 2 decades) but when the person in charge hasn't figured out how to motivate themselves and/or their team to greatness, their company should think twice about who's navigating the ship to success or to sink. Sidenote: As soon as I left the Hogan location, I drove to the Powell location where my order had just gotten finished! Amber and her team were awesome. I wish I would've had more cash on me to leave a larger tip but was only able to leave $5...
Read moreThe location at Hogan dr. has a lot of issues, whoever is in charge of the stores in the area need to do something because this is ridiculous. I ordered a couple pizzas, some bread bites, and a pasta bowl for carry out and the website/tracker said it would take 20 minutes.
Cut to an hour later and the tracker still said it was in prep. Since I live 5 minutes away, I ran over there to see. Maybe they just didn't update the system or anything.
Nope, they hadn't even started it, and looked very short staffed and there were several orders still ahead of me and the guy behind the counter said they hadnt started it yet, but assured me that they would be starting it soon, hopefully within 20 minutes or so... I told him to cancel it and walked out.
I gave the service 2 stars not for any problem with the poor people who work there, the guy behind the counter was nice and it wasn't his fault, but corporate for not hiring enough people or having a system that can update people if there will be an unusually long delay in their order.
Ironically, never had a problem with the Powell blvd location, they always finish the order in the time stated. This location, this is the third time I have had an order take WAY longer than what was said online and in their tracker... and this was the first time I cancelled the order.
I gave it two stars because I have had good food from there and within a reasonable time frame, but this was the last time I order from them...
Read moreSpent almost fifty bucks and all three pizzas were pretty bad and I love dominoes but there were six people in the store working and it took almost an hour to even get them in the oven but I understood that. I didn't understand the minimal cheese sauce and toppings on each pizza. Pretty bummed about the folks inside whose every other word was prefixed with "effing _" it wasn't that late and if we would have had kiddos with who would have come in the store I would be doing much more than this review so definitely lack of professional etiquette on their part and as much as I wanna believe that these folks have ever been employed anywhere ever if the requirement is dealing with the public, because they appeared ranging in age from hschool students to at least 60yrs and I would venture to guess the one who was very conscientious and appeared to be clean and wasn't belting out cuss words my entire family of longshoreman wouldn't utter all the while one staff member was walking around to each employee one at a time whispering some sort of top secret info but gallantly spewing some profound verse of a band playing death metal everywhere but in front of a...
