Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Gresham

I have been recently diagnosed with IBS and have been put on a low fodmap restrictive diet. Arguably one of the worst experiences ever but Jersey Mikes gave me the will to live today. They have gluten free bread which they allowed me to check out the box to make sure there weren't any hidden ingredients I couldn't have. The man making my sub wiped everything down and changed his gloves without me needing to say anything. They were very attentive and mindful about making my food. Something I have dreaded about this diet is going out to eat since there seems to be more restrictions than actual foods I can eat but the workers made me feel like every other customer and I didn't feel like they thought I was a burden. My partner & I were going to order through door dash, but decided to skip paying for the extra fees. When we walked into Jersey Mike’s, the staff gave us a warm welcome and promptly got to work making our food. They were so kind and speedy, I had to leave a review about it! New location in Gresham just opened and I’m stoked. The staff was precise, efficient and courteous. As always the food is excellent. I recommend the original Italian as you get five different meats.
