Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Gretna

I just stood in there for 12 minutes at the back of what I thought was the line. There are 4 girls working inside and not a single one of them said hello, asked if I needed to order or told me I was in the wrong spot( there are no signs for order or pick up). I needed to order a smoothie and some water for my pregnant daughter who needed it in this heat. Meanwhile another lined formed and I had to eventually go to the end of that line ( after I realized on my own, still no help from the 4 girls). Long story short....it took me almost half an hour to get what I needed and my daughter is completely overheated and red faced. These girls or this company need to seriously step up their customer service and being helpful starts with a simple hello. I went in with my disposable coffee mug to get a cup of plain coffee and was informed they weren't accepted due to COVID. I contacted the corporate office to say this makes no sense because COVID is primarily transmitted through the air, not surface touch, and the stores don't require masks. The store manager contacted me to say they don't allow reusable drink cups because they use the cup markings to blend ingredients...again, I just wanted a plain coffee so this makes no sense.

Plastic waste is a huge problem and their cups are very challenging to recycle so they usually go to the landfill. Their competitors understand their environmental impact and allow reusable coffee cups. I won't be back to Scooters until this...

I am a frequent Scooters visitor. The people at this location need to learn their manners and that they have a job to do. My local Scooters workers on Capehart in Bellevue would never act like these girls. They were unprofessional to say the least. Asked for a black ice tea with 1 truvia and a bagel minus egg. You would of thought I asked them to make a gourmet breakfast. Never again will I visit here again. I will just suffer and go to my favorite one in Bellevue. They know how to take care of a customer, fix problems and always with a smile. They like to joke also which is great. But I hope everyone at this locations gets fired...
