Delivery woman was disrespectful. She didn't say one word to me the entire transaction. Just a silent, blank-faced individual who may as well be meat with eyes. I had paid with a card so I tipped her $7.00 in cash. No "thank you" from her or anything of the like. She literally just took the money from my hand with still a completely blank expression on her face and began walking away without saying a word. Just as she was about to round the corner on the way back to her car I said "You're welcome!" to which she incoherently mumbled something (I believe she just repeated "You're welcome.") I'm not sure what I have to be "welcome" about considering that I paid for the order and the tip that she was apparently ungrateful to receive. Even my Mom witnessed this entire transaction and her only reaction was to say "People just aren't polite anymore, are they?"
Also I should note that I called and asked to speak to a manager twice and was never able to do so in any meaningful way. The first time I was on hold for too long (15 minutes or so) so I called back and asked the woman who answered the phone to speak to a manager and she told me that she was indeed the manager - (who knows whether that was actually true or not given their attitude toward other things?) I said verbatim: "Your delivery driver was pretty disrespectful to me." To which she casually replied "Is there anything else I can help you with?"
Unacceptable. The manager should have looked up which delivery driver it was and reprimanded said individual appropriately. No wonder this Domino's has a very substandard rating if they allow their employees to get away with behavior such as this. I know several who are the sole proprietor of a business and this situation would warrant sitting this particular employee down (this delivery driver) and talking to them about...
Read moreI guess they’re allowed to pick & choose who to serve based on their feelings or whatever. They literally called me to cancel my order after ten minutes because they were “focused on deliveries” but the funny part is I was in the parking lot and could see the screen with only three pizzas on it lol. To be working all day long and just need a pizza to go, pay for it, and then pull up thinking it’d be ready soon just for them to call me and tell me that apparently Domino’s doesn’t accept orders after… sorry ma’am, but you couldn’t give a specific cut off time because it doesn’t exist…? What a slap in the face. I should’ve never trusted this place when I seen the 3.3 star review lol. Not the lady telling me to make a delivery order instead…. Like, I’m here… I live 20 minutes away and how am I supposed to trust that you’ll even actually come??? I thought I was making life easier on them by choosing carry out since I was already on the way home and wouldn’t have the time to choose delivery. I’m just so mad right now, these people made absolutely zero sense to me. I better see my refund immediately. What if I spent my last 25 bucks on a pizza just for it to get cancelled and told to make a double order that’ll take another 45 minutes??? Ridiculous. Update: Went to order a delivery but of course we’re out of the zone. I’m so pissed off. My only option is carry out but nope! Apparently this location has a cut off time for carry out...
Read moreMy family made a delivery order on the website at 5 PM. We didn't see the delivery guy for 2 hours. We called in between this time and was told our pizza was in the process of being made. 2 hours goes by and no delivery. I decided to go up to Dominos and when I spoke with the lady at the register she began to look for my order. Looking everywhere in the store she could not find my order. She called on a fellow employee to help her and they both continued searching. They couldn't find my order! So the fellow employee said let me make it up real fast.
So I waited.
In between my husband is calling the restaurant and he finally gets on the phone with them. I'm listening to this conversation as I am sitting inside the restaurant waiting. This fellow employee never mentioned to my husband how they had misplaced our order and they were very sorry. They never gave us any sort of apology. Pizza was done a good 30 minutes later. When I was handed the pizza by this fellow employee, he never once made eye contact with me or made any sort of apology. Very poor customer service.
All the while, it's getting later and later and my family was waiting to eat dinner.
If you got the free time to sit around and have this place misplace your order, go for it! But if you want timely service then I would pick a different pizza joint in town.
By observing this establishment while I waited I can tell you this is a...
