I'd give 10 stars for the incredible employees and delicious food at this Arby's. I've been here about 8 times in the past 3 weeks in Gulf Shores and love the food. Schrie, a young lady working there, is consistently awesome, sweet, and provides fantastic service every time. General Manager Tanya is also very sweet and helpful.
However, my positive view of this location was completely ruined by the manager, Trish. I've now witnessed her cruel and unprofessional bullying of teen employees three separate times. She seems to target hardworking teens who show respect, like Schrie, whom she relentlessly picked on until she cried right in front of customers. Even while crying, this sweet girl continued trying to do her job.
Trish's behavior isn't just unprofessional; it's abusive and unacceptable for any leader. Her actions show a total disregard for professional conduct and employee well-being, making her entirely unsuitable for any leadership role, and frankly, any position in the fast-food industry or customer service. This review is a direct warning about her conduct and an advocate for dedicated employees like Schrie. I truly hope General Manager Tanya addresses this critical situation with the seriousness...
Read moreWorst service and got our order wrong, we pilled up to the drive through and the woman named aleagha or something and she said something and i didnt hear her so i said what and in the most rude tone she said “ hold on a minute “ and then we ordered two drinks a root beer and a dr pepper they were out of dr pepper so we ordered a coke she didnt ask sizes we didnt say the sizes and we pulled up to the window and we said which one is which and she said in a rude tone “ you ordered a coke and a root beer” and we said we didnt say sizes and we ordered a barqs root beer and we accidentally said dr pepper and this lady said in a rude tone again i told you were out of dr pepper and we said why are you so rude did we do something that ruind your day or something and she didnt answer and walked away then we heard other workers in the back saying “what did she say what did she say” but this place is one star im not coming again they charged us for something we didnt order and got our order wrong not to mind the fact i ordered doordash the other night and ordered a wrap and a sandwich which too over an hour and i live not even 5 minutes from arbys someone needs to do something about this rude...
Read moreI don't understand why when you close the restaurant's Lobby up and you've got deliveries coming in that you make us go sit in the Drive-Thru line for 20 to 30 minutes having no clue how far we drove to get here. personally, I just drove from Foley down here to get an order that's going back to Foley they came to the door to tell me I have to take the drive through 👀 seriously could not have handed it out the door to me just makes me think that it was intentional. just out of spite. and you can try to justify it all you want to but no. when you come to the door knowing I'm there to pick up an order that you can see sitting on the counter and you tell me I'm sorry you got to go to the drive-thru to meet to let you hand us the order that's sitting there. while the people's food gets cold and I get rated on that too. not you guys. ME! My job gets put on the line. Maybe that's why so many orders from here get thrown in the garbage at the end of the day because none of us want to come down here anymore after you close the lobby to pick up the orders and nobody's doing anything to try to better it. make it better. we're just a pesky delivery people that makes everybody's jobs harder....
