China Dragon — Restaurant in Gulf Shores

I've been ordering from here from a long time. Always loved the food and they give plenty of food for a good price. I give one star because of the guy answering the phone. I tell him I wanted a to go order he asks what's the address I tell him. He asks again i tell him n start spelling it out. Mind u I was not rude. He says hold on I hear him answer not one other phone but twice and take their delivery orders. He gets back on the phone n asks yet again what my address was them asks what the order was. I tell him sweet and sour chicken meal. He says were busy u need to order atleast 20 dollars worth which I understand is why I always tip the driver a 100 percent tip. If i order 15 dollar meal I tip 15. I said ok make 2 of them thinking I'll eat some for lunch tomorrow. He says something and hangs up. I call again and say I guess we got hung up I'll take 2 orders. He says something else I couldn't understand and just hangs up again. I'm stunned i work in a restaurant I'm a server who takes to go orders all the time and i have never hung up on someone without a response. The third time I tell him I'm tired of being hung up on. He says it's not worth going there for one order. So I tell him again i want two orders of sweet amd sour chicken to just get the food. I've spent thousands there and tip the driver very well every time and to b treated like that just gets on my nerves. I never write reviews especially bad ones that tells u how bad this guy was. As i c the other reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way. They should really look into who is taking these orders. Like many said the delivery drivers r very nice but this guy is very rude answering the phone. I called around 915 pm Wednesday February 14 incase they want to find out who...

We order regularly from China Dragon. When we ordered last week, the order was messed up but I let it go and didn't say anything.

Tonight I ordered delivery. When an hour went by after the food was supposed to be delivered. I called and was told that only the manager could help me if it was ordered on line and she was on the phone and would call me back. I waited and called back and spoke to the manager and told her to cancel my order because I didn't receive and to refund my money.

A few minutes pass and I got a call from a number that I didn't recognize, so I didn't answer. I then get a text from the number stating that the driver delivered the food and i ate it and they are charging me for it? I responded that I did not receive the food. The response I got was that I canceled the order but took the food and they will charge me. If I had received the food I wouldn't be hangry??

The did offer to have the driver deliver again but it was almost 9:00 pm. So, I told them no. So, it is to say that we will not be ordering from them again. It was wrong for them to say I ate the food and...

The man who has been taking all the orders recently is absolutely RUDE. I cannot stand how rude he is too all of the customers. I have already had several encounters with this guy and his rudeness. He acts as if he never wants to work. When I and a family member go in to each lunch or dinner, he's laid back in a chair with his phone in his face and gets an attitude when someone walks in. He's so damn rude! Especially when it comes to delivering. As soon as I got it out of my mouth I'm in Orange Beach, he mumbled something so fast and then hung up. I called back asking him why he is so rude and hung up on me? He said they are too busy to deliver to any companies or in Orange Beach. As far as I'm concerned, China Dragon has always delivered here no matter what. I'm aware there's a china dragon in Orange Beach but I like the one in Gulf Shores much better. I'm trying to hold on but he is about to lose me as a customer. I know "we've have plenty of customers, what's losing one?"
