I gave this place one star because it wouldn't let me give less. I had a girl named Deidra or something like that but she was so rude she knew not to put her name on the receipt as our order taker was "Melissa" Anyways, I pull up to the drive-thru and I'm the only one in line. I am greeted with "Welcome to Sonic, what can I get for you?" I ask for a moment to look at the menu and she says "Order when you're ready" 10 seconds later, "Can you pull up to the window to order?" In a snotty tone. Tell me how I'm supposed to look at the menu if I'm going to the window to order, what is the point of a drive-thru? So we pull up to a stall to actually look at the menu, press the button to order and get the same girl with a don't care attitude, I ask for a burger, I'm already speaking loudly and she cuts me off saying "I can't hear you" so I say it again, and get okay is that all? I ask, can I add bacon? She says I can't hear you again. I am practically shouting at this point and repeat myself. Again, "is that all?" May I get only pickle, ketchup, and mustard? Again, okay is that all? May I also get a medium fry? "I cant hear you" there is no way in hell this girl coudn't hear me, at this point I was clearly shouting. So Melissa comes out to finish out the order, I was going to order more but was too fed up by this point. Orders takers should be upselling, not cutting off the order taker and making them want to order less. When the order actually comes, the food is mediocre with stale fries with no salt and a gross looking burger, fry sauce I asked for wasn't included either and we just got a - sorry about that and a walk off. If you ask the servers to actually get off their phones and take your order, you'll be met with this crappy attitude. Read moreI waited at the drive thru intercom for 5 minutes without being serviced, so I pulled around to the window and waited an additional 2 minutes for someone to come to the window. I was informed the drive through intercom was not working. I told her I was picking up a mobile order, which I was told the Powerade slush was unavailable and I had to choose something else. I also ordered 2 corn dogs that I waited about 10 minutes for. While waiting for my food, I noticed cars lining up behind me, but no attempts from the 2 female workers to render service. 4 males, all in sonic shirts, walked into the restaurants kitchen after being in the parking lot smoking weed (it was a very notable smell and they were only feet away from my car). I was told the wait would be 2 more minutes because my corn dogs were being made fresh almost immediately after their return. Once I received my food, I noticed one was burnt on the outside and uncooked on the inside. The other corn dog was split in half down the middle, so the inside was burnt as well as the outside. I spent about 20 minutes at this sonic for 1 slush and 2 corn dogs. Another customer who had been waiting behind me the entire time still hadn’t ordered. Read moreI have so many issues with this location that it is unreal. When everything works as it should, it's perfect. The employees are friendly and food comes on time and accurately made. However, most of my visits don't go well. Either I'm waiting forever for food or it doesnt come at all. One time I ordered a snickers blast and I got a cup of plain ice cream instead. They were quick to fix it after I called them back, but its mistake after mistake. This visit today the call button and screen for my lane was out of order, although it was not labeled so. I also never got my food. I ordered a sonic blast and waited for 20 minutes before I got out of my car and went to the door. The attendant came out and said the ice cream machine was down. I waited 20 minutes for food I was never going to get. And i probably would've been waiting longer if i hadnt gotten out of my car myself. Then I asked how i would go about getting a refund and she said she wasnt sure. Now don't get me wrong, she was super sweet and she seemed like she felt bad, but i have had many issues with this location and I'm tired of it. The only reason i keep going back is because it is the only one on my routes. But i might have to get over that, and find somewhere...
