Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Gurnee

I’m extremely disappointed by the false and unfair accusation made about me by Auntie Anne’s at Gurnee Mills. First and foremost, I have a dairy and egg allergy, I literally cannot eat butter or anything containing dairy or eggs. I always have to be cautious about what I consume, so it’s upsetting to be accused of doing something I physically can’t do.

On top of that, I rarely even go to Gurnee Mills. I literally just came back from college so I don’t frequent that mall, so for someone to claim I was involved in something there is not only inaccurate, it’s completely baseless. I expect more care and responsibility from a business before making such serious assumptions about someone.

Please do better in verifying facts before making accusations. Situations like this are not only frustrating, they can also be deeply hurtful to those living with medical conditions.

Lastly, I didn't treat the staff wrong. I was literally confused because I assumed that the sauces would be free and asked to switch the honey mustard out because it contains eggs, something I am allergic...

This food is amazing and a great snack! The prices are decent and the workers are positive. I recommend this place to anyone that is into good food/snacks. They workers are so polite I have never seen such great customer service in my life at any restaurants compared to this Pretzels Place. They cashier he suggested his name was "Harry" was an amazing guy. He was offering wonderful deals and gave me sample of Birthday Cake Nuggets to me and my wife, made me to buy the new popular came product. I recommend not going here. The staff was so rude to my 10 year old grandson. I took him there today to get a snack for our road trip and my grandson chose what he wanted but changed his mind while we were still ordering. The staff said "well, did you make up your mind this time?" Then I asked if they had the mini pretzels. The same staff said "Can't you read the sign?" I told him I would take my business elsewhere and he responded with "Then go ahead!" I have worked in customer service all my life. I would never disrespect someone the way that man did.
