Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gurnee

I order the same drink every time and somehow it tastes different every time. The "driveway/entrance" to this location is covered in ice and people were sliding into a little snowbank continuously while I was there. The last snowfall we had was days before this and should have been taken care of immediately! Mentioned it to the employee and they responded with, Yeah it's been happening all day. 😮 Without that snowbank there, people would have hit the building. Someone needs to take initiative and put salt out before something worse happens. Will not likely be returning to this location. Went to this Dunkin location after our original plan was to go to Starbucks. Our family ordered a lot here (~$40) before our long drive back to Minnesota. After taking one sip out of the large iced coffee I ordered I saw a frozen fruit fly stuck to the top of the lid 🤢. I am absolutely disgusted. How does that even happen 🤢🤢. Immediately threw away the drink. Waste of money and I couldn’t even eat the rest of the food I bought because if their was a dead stuck fruit fly on the iced coffee lid who knows what could’ve been attached (or even what could’ve touched) the food I bought....

I normally NEVER post reviews of places but the mangers need to do something. I moved from Schaumburg and this location is close to my house. FOR A WEEK IN A ROW they got my order wrong and never did anything to fix it. The greeter who actually takes your payment has no business being around people he is so unfriendly.
