Bad experience last Wednesday afternoon with one staff member in particular- tall young girl with dark hair. Was clearly annoyed with my mother for asking to see drink sizes. My mom tried to explain what size she wanted, and the girl curtly said “ma’am that doesn’t help me at all” about my mother’s question. As someone who’s worked in food service before speaking to a customer like that is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Additionally, after our order was completed, the same girl loudly complained about several other customers and how annoying they are. Good place to relax and wait for the sunset after a long journey around the area of Waukegan. Also many understand about adapting being a city folk to a county folk to adjust the terrain of counties living. Absolutely terrible. I’ve come here a few times with my mother in law and the first time they did not make my cold brew right and the second time the lady with the black ponytail was very rude and sighed when I asked a question about a new drink I was willing to get over it because she works fast food/drink okay. But then I found a long curly back hair at the end of my straw. I feel like it was targeted towards us and I threw the entire drink away.
