Subway — Restaurant in Gurnee

I Ordered the promotional $5 nachos with steak. When I picked up my order there was no smile or happiness to the cashier helping me or owner. There was barely any meat or toppings and what appeared to be 10 total chips if that you could easily slide the spread out chips and toppings and see it was enough to fill half of the container it came in. There is also a promotion right now for 6.99 any footlong. Their store is not participating. If you are a Subway shouldn't your customers be able to use the Subway coupons. Why are they not? I couldn't even order the footlong I wanted to with the discount. It's always empty and poorly run in that Subway. Maybe it's time they make it something else with sunny ppl willing to be positive and not skimping on their customers. Very sad day in Subway history for me...

I honestly feel this is my to go spot everytime i go for groceries and need a delicious sub after. Mr. Manish was absolutely patient in helping me create my sandwich. He also recommended me different sandwiches that i should try which i completely enjoyed. He was actually really kind and respectful to me and everyone who was in line which i care about dearly. i recommend this subway to everyone who wants actual good service...
