This is a very busy location but like any other location, always have had good service and no mix-ups with any order I've ever made whether dining in or the drive-thru.
Venue is always kept clean and always friendly customer service. I would easily put Taco Bell as one of the top 5 best mass franchise fast food chains in terms of cleanliness, customer service and quality/value of food.
One thing I've noticed in some reviews across a few locations in the past is the complaint about not having tortas, flautas, green sauce, etc. First off, Taco Bell is an American chain and not authentic Mexican at all. Plenty of Mexican restaurants in Lake county especially in Waukegan and the Round Lake area, go there if you're looking for authenticity.
Taco Bell has always served up tasty quality food at good prices and as long as they don't change anything which would bring them down, I'll keep...
Read moreAbsolutely Horrible Value/Quality For The Amount Of Money Spent. They appear to be charging top dollar for the skimpiest possible portions they can get away with. Items received for my family's total order were sloppily prepared, and contained not even half the amount of food as shown in the example images from their ads and ordering kiosks. It was an insulting bait & switch. Kiosks also won't print receipts, and instead offer to text or email them, so that the business may harvest your information. Despite providing my phone#, I never received a text with receipt information. Family was still hungry afterward... So we then hit the Gold Arches next door, and unsurprisingly noticed that other patrons we saw in the Taco Bell had the same idea! Fully recommend a Hard Pass on...
Read moreWe ordered via TB drive-thru. When we got our order, the way our food was made was extremely sloppy! The chicken from the Chicken burrito had fallen out of the wrap into the bottom of the bag. The Bean burrito was basically an onion burrito with a spoonful of beans, with no red sauce or cheese in it. And the Black beans and Rice had no rice (come on it is in the name!) We went back in to speak with the manger/staff. They looked as if they had no clue as to what we were talking about, and the people who were preparing the food were laughing. Disgusted at the poor service and work ethic of the staff, we left the slop on the counter and left the Bell. Yes, it not a five star restaurant, but come on! CAN STAFF DRAG THIS TACO BELL DOWN ANY FURTHER?! Well...the staff here is...
