I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst Chipotle I have been to and we travel a lot throughout the country with work. The employees were flat out rude and customer service is nonexistent at this location!! Portions are extremely small, but the price is the same like everywhere else even if you only get 1/2 or a 1/4 of the portions. Similar to what all the other people have said in their reviews. My husband wanted to get a steak bowl and the girl who made his bowl put 3 small pieces of steak and said they did not have any more steak, but did not offer anything else; she just slided the bowl to the other girl to put the toppings on it. I asked why she believed that it was okay to give him 3 small pieces of steak and charge him the full price for a steak bowl and she completely ignored me. So, I told her again that was not okay/fair and she ignored me once again. What customer service is this? No apologies for not having steak or offering an alternative? I am not spending money at Chipotle to be treated/ignored like this!! The guy in front of me heard and saw what she did and said to me that this location is the worst and that they have to buy double portions in order to get 1 actual portion of meat. This is ridiculous!! I am not paying for a steak bowl with a bite of steak in it and refuse to buy a double portion so I can get one regular portion of meat. Read moreI usually love Chipotle, but this location was disgusting. Tables weren't clean, food on the floor, food all over the prep area, topping droppings mixed in with each other (corn and lettuce in the sour cream, cheese with the lettuce, etc). I ordered my usual bowl (carnitas, white rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, light sour cream, cheese, and lettuce) and while it tasted normal, I was instantly sick on my way home. I ordered my son a carnitas quesadilla and it affected him too. When we received his quesadilla, the foil wrapping had food from a previous order all over it and it was super greasy.
There was only one person working the prep line, doing both meat and toppings without switching gloves (which should've been my red flag right there, but i was too hungry). There should be one person handling meat and one person handling toppings.
Will most likely not be returning to this location unless these issues are fixed. They should be held to a higher standard especially for being in a very busy...

Today at 11:30 they ran completely out of steak, and didn't start to make more until the girl turned around and told them she was out. Sadly there was only a couple people ahead of me, and no one behind me. Not sure where the disconnect was, but during the 15 minutes it took them to grill more a small rush occurred and the line ended up going to the door due to people waiting. I overheard other customers asking the same question, "How do they run out of food right now?". Another frustrating aspect is the quality of the steak. I can handle fat, but the significant amount of hard gristle is ridiculous. I always order double steak knowing I'll have to spit the majority of it out.
