Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Gypsum Township

I don't really come to this location since I don't live nearby but thought I would give it a chance and see if I could find any other deals and try something new. Little did I know how disappointed I would be with my decision, I came to check out the clearance and from the second I walked to the back of the store I started noticing workers following me so I started feeling really uncomfortable and moved to mens clearance and more workers followed me and I over heard them saying to keep an eye on me because I have a crossbody purse, I had planned on being here so much longer but was almost in tears because of how uncomfortable and irritated I was. I ended up putting some of my things back because I didn't want to be in there anymore. I understand that people do steal and people do need to be aware of that but if I haven't done anything to make you think that I am stealing and wasn't even going through my bag or my pockets please don't follow me and make me feel like a criminal when I am a just a human that likes taking my time shopping and checking for all of the sales since I don't go shopping much. I can honestly say I will never be coming back to this location, the manager didn't really seem to care much when I complained so I'm very disappointed that people just don't have the customer service...

This place gives trash bags to carry home your purchase. How ghetto, wont be returning to this location. I hope someone at the district level reads these reviews. The staff was rude and not very observant as well as store looked like it was low on merchandise. These folks aren’t worth whatever they are paid, that’s all nothing but facts. Spoke with Holly, store manager today and she laughed when I told her about the garbage sacks. Maybe she should be a garbage women and not work retail if its so hard to order bags for customers. Make it make sense this isnt rocket science....

There doesn’t seem to be as much of a variety in this store as I’m used to seeing in other locations. There are some good deals, but mainly on clothing. The shoe prices are a joke for a discount store, and there’s barely enough merchandise to fill one aisle for toys, kitchen items, and sports items.
