Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gypsum Township

We have ordered from this location multiple times. When they get the order right it is great, but when they mess up the order or take over an hour and fifteen minutes still with no pizza it is extremely frustrating. We have had to have them replace or remake our order at least 3 times and tonight was the last straw. We ordered at 6pm were told it would take 29-39 minutes, 36 minutes later we received an email saying the driver was on their way with our pizza, 20 minutes after that still no pizza so we called and were told they had other deliveries in our area it should be here any minute, 15 more minutes we called again and they told us they couldn't do anything when I asked them to remake it and I would pick it up they said it would be another 20 minutes, so we canceled without getting an offer to speak to a manager or anything. I think we have had our last experience with them which is frustrating since it is our favorite place for thin...

Love it, usually yummy and on time. Last time though all our pizza was thin crust when I ordered hand tossed so it was half the pizza i ordered. When I called the store and talked to the manager she said she was gone that last Friday during delivery and didn't have enough dough...they were stretching it out! I do believe that to be deceiving because if I wouldn't have called, nothing would have been said. She still did not offer a discount or a free one next time...just said sorry and let it go. Not too...

We got 2 medium pizza on special. I told the man taking my order I wanted the regular crust. One of them was thin crust which we don't like $ it was burnt in some of the pieces.
