The food was good. Not great, but good. The service was rude and went out of their way to be annoying to me.
There was a long line and when I got to about 3 people from the person who makes the subs, I was asked what I wanted. I said a regular Italian on white no onions. I was then told to tell the person making the sandwich that. So I asked, what do you want to know then? She said what my order was. So I said 2 subs on white regular size. She interrupted me again and said, No, what do you want. So I asked well I’ve tried telling you twice and you say I’m not saying it right, what do you want me to say? So she told me what size and what number off the menu. So I tell her a regular Italian and regular club. She rolls her eyes at me as that was not what she wanted but knew what I meant. She then asks what type of bread. I said I’ve said white twice. She then cuts the bread adds meat and puts cheese on my club and I stop her and said I don’t want cheese. She says, well why didn’t you tell me. I said because you said to tell the other people!!!
When I got to the register to pay I said I had a bogo coupon and showed the coupon with barcode to the cashier. He told me to read the code off of it to him. So I start reading the coupon looking for the code. This obviously annoyed him and he said the code is 6018. I asked why did he waste my time asking for the code if he already knew it. He said he wanted to see if I knew it!! I then had to ask them for a sack for my subs and chips.
While this is going on and there is a line out the door, the manager is doing job interviews in the lobby. I get they need people but unless the kid is starting today can you do this later when the store is less busy and...

I used to go frequently after they opened but not so much now. One of the last times I went, I ordered ahead on the app, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 10 minutes before I left my house. When I got there my 15 was up, went in to a nearly empty store and my food hadn't even been started. The guy told me 10 minutes as soon as it's done he will call my name. So I sat there and watched them make the sandwiches ,they bagged them put them on the candy there they sat. The guy working the counter was just standing there joking with his buddies, I finally got up and asked if those were mine, he said oh my bad, I didn't see them. Read moreWe’ve never had an issue when ordering in person. 95% of the time when we order on door dash the store ALWAYS forgets to include our chips,drinks, etc. Typically we receive incorrect sizes/sandwiches. Despite our frustration we always let it go. We understand mistakes happen, but EVERY SINGLE TIME?! Today we placed a $50 order for two sandwiches, one bag of chips, and we received a small sandwich instead of the giant sandwich we paid extra for. I called to speak with a store manager, Becky told me to “get a refund or ask the driver to return.” Um, excuse me? The delivery driver did his job, jersey mikes employees did not, by failing to put correct items in the bag. I asked for the corporate number.
