I can not even afford one star for this store. This store is much more expensive than other stores. For example, another branch (Ridgefield park, 3 Little Ferry.Hasbrouk Heights) is $ 9.99 for a bagel 12 and a Little Ferry next to my H-mart that I usually go to (now under construction. I go to buy 12 bagels and other things every 3 weeks). My Little Ferry goes to $ 9.99 for 12 bagels. but this store to have $ 14.99 for 12 bagels. I told the people who seemed to be a manager that it was a little expensive, like a promotional thing. When I bought 12 bagels, the other shop was a bit packed. She seemed like a strange person. And she said that Dunkin sells all stores for the same price. I do not speak English very well, but the manager was trying to cheat on words that I could not understand. $5... It may not be big money, but there is no trust between customer and store. I can not believe the value of other things. In the future, if I buy something in this shop ... I will not do it again. Let me just start by saying all the YOUNG ADULTS are pleasant at this location! Been coming here all summer and never had a issue ordering. This one star is directly for maria! According to her you cannot customize a refresher even though there are refreshers on the menu that come with cold foam. She wont even let you pay the $1 up-charge either. I’ve never been to a dunkin where I couldn’t choose what I wanted on MY DRINK!!! I’ve ordered here previously and never had an issue until I encountered her. She is miserable and would rather the location lose money. Her customer service is extremely poor and she has a serious attitude. Based on these reviews i’m not the only person who has encountered her miserableness. Please find a job that doesn’t involve you handling customers because you clearly lack customer service skills.
