Jollibee — Restaurant in Hagåtña Municipality

Going to Jollibee Agana is a lesson in patience and an experience rife with disappointment. I've timed it folks, the drive thru from the time you order with a full drive thru line takes 47 MINUTES. And this experiment has been repeated and confirmed twice only because I was genuinely curious if it was just a fluke or if this was really a way a fast food place was conducting business. Don't worry though, I timed the walk in option too, 5 minutes... It takes 5 minutes from the moment that your hand touches the door until you are walking out with your food. Also guess what, if you walk in, if they forget something you can ask for it right there, walking in of course, the staff usually gets everything the first time no issue. But the drive thru will miss something, it's not a maybe, and it's not something small, they will always mess the order up it's a GU-AR-N-TEE. So then you gotta park the car and walk in anyway, what are we doing here? Just shut the drive thru down. So yeah why is this review here you ask, because today they had an empty drive thru (2 cars in front of me, timed at 17 mins from ordering to receiving food.) so I finally get my food and I drive away, knowing they always mess it up I check, yep, missing something. I walk back in and the nice counter staff gets it for me no questions asked. Guess what, go back to my car and something else is missing. I am exhausted with this location, it's to the point where I am willing to drive all the way to dededo Jollibee just to experience Jollibee and for them to put the fries in the bag the first time. So yeah, just park and walk in, drive thru is a total waste of time. Chicken will be dry 1 out of 5 times but it's Jollibee so...

When I came during a weekday lunch time we came in as a party of 3, with each of placing orders individually. Though I was the first to get served, the 3rd person in my party got their food fist, then the my other co-worker, and then they called the person who came after us, completely forgetting about my order. I said excuse, you served my coworkers, my order hast come out yet? The person who was behind us got their order already, where is my order? The whole lot of employees who were working start asking each other what happened. No one apologized, the one lady who gave my teammates orders, said I didn't do that one, I said to them, I know because my number is lower than theirs but you gave them their orders, skipped mine and already gave the person behind us their order. They finally searched for my order and handed me my tray of food, still with no apology. I thanked them and went to my teammates. I waited a few days and tried to do a customer survey, but couldn't go beyond the store number because their website stayed frozen. I don't think I will dine in again at this Agana location again, I might go through drive thru only because I like the food, the service needs to be worked on, a lot. Mall location just to point out, has excellent service for drive thru...

Growing up, Jollibee's is an amazing place where children can enjoy the atmosphere while dining with delicious fast-food. Alas, they have turned this franchise to a modernized atmosphere. The hustle and bustle of the working American society reflects on the design and architecture of this place too. Gone are the days when families could linger in a jolly restaurant and allow the children to run rampant with their imaginations as they played with mannequins of Jollibee and Champ. The food flavor is still the same as I expected and the staff are so friendly and courteous. But, that atmosphere screams loudly of profit, eat your food and take your leave, hence the stars. Still I should be grateful that I don't have to drive that far just so my family can enjoy that wonderful food filled...
