Burger King — Restaurant in Hagerstown

The tried the new chicken sandwiches, let's just say it was alright. The sandwiches, I tried both with the spicy one being my favorite but it was lukewarm and I ate it within 1 minute of receiving my order, I don't know why. The chicken was crunchy and the spicy oil base sause was my highlight, sort of reminds me of chili oil but didn't have any visible chili's on it. I don't think the bread they use was spoiled but I didn't know why it was hard on one end, maybe it was on the verge of going bad, not toasty crunch but like dry about to spoil sort of deal. I got the meal for one of my sandwiches and the lady was nice enough to give me a medium drink when the meal size is small. The small fries was nothing special lightly salted with the crunch still slightly there, but since it was only warm I assume the fries are near the end of there acceptable range. The second chicken sandwich was regular with almost the identical problems with the previous sandwich. Lukewarm chicken, but didn't have the slightly dry, hard bun, still crunchy. Overall it's not greater than Popeyes chicken sandwich but the spicy version of burger kings sandwich is still a good...

I went through the drive thru at this location on 7/19/22. I purchased a whopper and onion rings. When i got to the window the employees where working very fast. The young lady handed me my food and i asked if i could have some onion ring sauce, which i could tell annoyed her. She gave me the sauce and i went to toss it in my bag, which took a split second, and just began to pull out when the young lady said "we are on a time limit, can you go". I could not believe she saod this to me. It only took me a second to put the sauce in my bag. I also work in customer service, and while i understand the pressure to be fast and efficent, this should NEVER be said to customers, she didnt even give me time to put my car in drive. I cpuld maybe understand if i was sitting in the deive thru for an extended time, but i was not. I have never been treated so rudely at any drive thru and will not be coming back to this location...

If it were possible to give this place 0 stars I would! When I went there it was not busy at all only 5 people in the store! Still after 10 minutes the girl had only waited on 2 people who were together while she stood by the dirty boy who was actually pulling the food and bagging it. The place was dirty, as were the employees. I eventually just walked out bc I got tired of them looking at me yet never taking my order! Smh 🙄 The girl in the drive thru was on her phone the whole time standing there laughing I just shook my head and left realizing if the back was anything like the front I didn't even want any food from this place! This was on Sat or sun Aug 23 or 24th. About 1:30 in the afternoon. If there was a manager they were definitely not doing their job. I won't be going back anytime soon and would not recommend the Burger king on dual highway in Hagerstown...
