The second worst Wendy in town... My fries where cold, the staff rude or don't care, and it's impossible for them to get an order right even if there life depended on it. Took them almost ten minutes just to take my order, because they where "back up". Was there a clogged on your toilet? What does that even mean... I didn't ask about if it was actually there toilet when she said that and to afraid to ask. Anyway my order lacks the condiments I paid for and the place was completely unsanitary. I got the condiments eventually but had to place it my self from a tin... Self service I guess, the motto everything revolves around fresh is long forgotten. Why spend all this money to renovate it, the store I mean if you didn't get competent people to run it. So disappointing, Oh wait they can just use the excuse they didn't know any better, bullet proof excuse to everything... "Oh we didn't know any better cause nobody else in the store did"... I asked if they still had it, and the drive through artist explicitly said yes like I was an idiot asking a stupid question.
Got up to the window, he charged me, before he hands me my card "oh, we don't offer that anymore, what would you like instead".
I tell him I don't want anything else, just refund me.
He says they can't, then lies to my face about the price of that unlisted item pretending its equivalent to a significantly lesser item.
He shoves everything in the bag snapping the straw in half and spilling fries and nuggets all over the inside.
Lo and behold, the nuggets are ice cold, the sweet tea tastes like it's been sitting for a month in an unrefrigerated pitcher, and to top it off, he refuses to give me a receipt, I assume to avoid my negative review impacting him.
Ridiculous. Truly one of the worst QSR experiences I've had in my entire life.
I try pretty hard to give food service workers a ton of grace, and avoid blaming them when it's usually the fault of the company not the employee but this dude just could not give less of a crap about his job, his customers, or anything really. Rude...
Read moreWendy's has been upgraded and looks very nice from the outside. I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches and a medium Dave's crafted Lemonade to go with my order. Everything went smooth ordering but once I pulled around the building, I was asked to pay and then pull into a parking space. There was already one car pulled up and waiting for their food. I paid and wasn't even given my drink to sip on until the food was ready. I waited about 7 minutes and I saw the other car left and then there was more cars accumulating in the line. They pulled another car up and then after about almost 12 minutes someone came out and almost offered my food to another car. I waved from my car window like it's mine. I was given an apology and have a nice day, but they didn't bring my drink out. So I waited yet again a couple more minutes for my drink.
Now, I don't know if they were short staffed that morning. I just wish they were better prepared with food so that service would run a bit smoother. My food was hot and fresh...
