McDonald's — Restaurant in Haines City

I went through the drive through tonight and was really disappointed to wait 5 minutes at the drive through for this car that reversed to the pick up window to place and receive his order. When it was my turn to pick up my food I was given a coke (which I didnt order) and my kids meal but no milk or ice cream cone and was told to wait in drive through space 2. The car that was behind me pulls up to the door and the next one pulled into space 3 and the 4th car drove away. I assumed as I had ordered first that i would have received my food first but after watching the 2 other cars served and 4 other cars go through the drive through I was beginning to get impatient so i walked I to the store. As i was walking towards the store a guy was coming out of the store with a bag but no drink or ice cream. I told him that wasn't my order and continued walking into the store. I asked a very polite young lady there for a manager and Dorothy came over, didn't ask what was wrong but I had said that I wanted a reason for why it took so long to get my food and why i wasn't served my whole order. She took my receipt that was barely legible and asked the guy who had brought the food out to me for the picking order. She proceeded to produce the milk and the ice cream all without saying a word to me and then asked her staff who the bag of food was for. They told her it was for me so she almost through it at me. I asked her if that was the best resolution she could find and she just kept ignoring me. I told her that this is not good customer service from a manager and she told me she had given me my food so what else should i want. I told her i wanted an apology so whilst rolling her eyes she said I'm sorry. She then walked out of the store to serve some food to a customer waiting for drive through food th the car parked next to me. I told her as i was entering my car that this is very poor customer service and she replied (again without looking at me) in a very sarcastic tone, have a wonderful night.

I was very appalled that McDonald's would train their managers to treat their customers like that. The chicken nuggets were uncooked but to be honest I didn't want to deal with the manager again. I will not be returning and would not recommend this...

Was NOT impressed! Went through and ordered some burgers, nuggets and ice cream. Paid $30 & was told to drive up to spot 1 and someone will bring the order out. What seemed like 10 minutes later a lady brought us the ice cream and said have a good night! My man said what about our food. She was confused and said they told her they gave it to us, we said no we parked here as asked.... She proceeded to say the next car said they had the order and went to their car to check and yelled back it wasn't ours and walked back in. About another 10 min passed, ice cream melting in my lap and my hubby said this is crazy and went in. He got the food about 5-10 min later got in the car and we drove off. I was checking the food and they forgot a burger. We were already on the road so had to go a mule to find a place to turn around and go all the way back. Another 5 minutes passed and he came out with the burger. I swear we spent almost an hour there just to get the food and our ice cream was liquid at that time. No offer for new ice creams or anything!!! He had to ask to get a free fry for the trouble, time and money spent. Mind you out of the $30+ We spent about a third of the cost was from the ice cream alone!!! Finally left to see there was another Mcdonalds right down the road and for the rest of time in this resort, we will go to that one or another one instead. NEVER been through so much trouble to get our whole order before and this is supposed to be fast food!!! We really wished after that we went to Waffle House, for the same price we could have been waited on and had a decent meal and got to eat it all at the same temp and probably still would have...

We ordered are food inside and purchased are order at the register with a younger AA big girl. We told her we wanted 2 of the 2c. (Quarter pounder deluxe cheese meal) She asked for size and drink. When I cashed out I do remember that she never repeated the order back and there is no screen to see my order but I figured it was correct. So I paid. When I got my order we got 2 crispy chicken deluxe. That's not what I ordered. We told them what happened. Instead of having them make my order right away she the manager on duty had him ring the order on the register which put us back in line to wait. Our fries were getting cold. So we stood there and ate the fries. We ate all the fries and still waited on our sandwich to be made. Once made it still wasn't correct because we asked for no onions extra pickles. Got both on sandwiches. We didn't want to wait any longer but we had asked the manager if they give the comp meal because usually that's what McDonald's in winter Haven does. They said no. So I asked her so what can you do than. We didn't want more fries. So we asked for a free apple pie and free cinnamon roll. All the tables in the lobby were dirty so we sat at the best one we could find. We ate our food and left. So in my opinion if my order would have been repeated back to me we probably would have not had this issue. She needs to be dealt with. This girl hid once I told her she got my order wrong. Disappeared and had a line at the register. People waited until a different person came up to take orders. These type of workers think they deserve the $15 an hour pay but yet they take no pride in their work. Only gave 2 stars because we did get...
