I've eaten Vietnamese Pho for over 45 years and prepared Pho before with difficulty and success. So I have to say something has changed at this restaurant which I've been to for at least 5 times. Unfortunately I don't believe they're preparing the pho with bones the traditional ways. The broth was sweet and lacking flavor, the rare beef was a strange cut of meat appearing to be chopped instead of thinly clean slices. No punch to the broth.

Menu is typical for Bay Area Vietnamese with pho, rice and noodle dishes on a simple one page menu. You can stuff a torpedo roll with pickled carrots and cilantro but it's not bahn mi if you just use generic asian curry chicken. Pho broth is sweet and tastes artificial (ie not from fresh bones).
