This was the worst service that I have ever had in my life. We ordered 3 appetizers, I was very clear I can't have lemon with dolphin fingers because of allergies. The dolphin fingers come out with lemon squeezed all over it and they never brought my mozzarella sticks he forgot to order them, I asked one of the other servers to remove the dolphin fingers because of lemon then they bought out mozzarella sticks they were hollow, so I asked for a manager several time waiter never came to back to take my order my husband had ordered and his food arrived the general manager came and took back the mozzarella sticks and took my food order, I placed my glass at end of table waiter never came back we asked another waitress again to help get my water, the same girl came back and got boxes and lids for taking home we even gave her a tip because our waiter was a complete no show , he reatedly checked on 3 tables around us but he never wanted to help me , I assume because Im handicapped. Either way he finally comes with check he place the machine down and says you dont have to tip, I actually tipped him 20% in spite of his horrible behavior but on the receipt I wrote down how horrible he treated me. As we left I stopped and told another manager (Anastasia) I told her everything about the meal and how horrible it was I stood with her for 5 minutes waiter even walked by he never said a word. After I get to my car he comes out with Micheal From security and accuses me of walking out, He litteraly yelled at the top of his lungs trying to embarass us. As I said earlier I stopped and talked to manager and told her I even tipped in spite of how horrible we were treated and I gave her receipt I wrote on I told her I worked there in 90's and even started same day as Patty bartender ( if I was trying to walk out I would not of talked to manager and told her I used to work there). Im also 57 with a large walker and Michael even carried my walker up the steps.
After he accused us of stealing Michael Security got the manager I told her she needs to check video, as I added tip and I left computer on table because again he didn't come back, usually you get machine you sign then they give you receipt , he handed me computer and left , so I assume it timed out . But accusing us of stealing was beyond offensive especially since it was the worse service at flannigans we have ever had my husband is a very well known surgeon in community and trying to embarrass us after he treated us horribly was to much. The manager charged the card , this game of trying to embarrass us cost him the tip because after you accuse good customers and you give horrible service I told manager I am gonna file a report because I even tipped him in spite of how horrible he treated us but clearly when a District Manager sees the video they will be horrified the waiter never helped us 2 managers and another waitress helped us repeatedly,I personally feel this waiter is in wrong line of business as he clearly has No customer service skills.
Both Managers and the other waitress that helped us and Michael from security were amazing but the waiter needs to go or you will lose more customers because of his lack of work ethic and inability to treat all...

I wrote her an email explaining what happened she wrote back basically it was an automatic response and then I responded to her and she did the same thing again so basically she didn’t read it so I furthered I called corporate finally got to speak to Melissa because she was in a meeting for two days When I spoke to her, she said about the prime rib. I said I understand that why couldn’t you just be honest in the beginning? We don’t have any more med rare that’s completely fine. I understand I then Nate wanted to negotiate me saying that oh, they’re just gonna charge for the sides. The sides are more money than the meal deal the whole purpose of a meal deals to get the deal. If not, I would just order the steak And then the manager Nate worst customer service ever try to say I could get a steak for more money and then Nate told me he couldn’t reopen the check or they can’t void checks Which I caught Nate in a lie when I was explaining to Melissa because the first check, he voided out so obviously you can void checks in their system Cause if they couldn’t void a check, I guess the waitress had to pay for the meals deals cause I know I never paid for it. The check was never closed in order to close the check. I think everybody knows you have to pay cash or credit. Read moreAvoid this restaurant at all costs. Awful customer service - and by the looks of the reviews, I’m not the only one who thinks so. Waited over an hour for a table outside,when our name was called - hostess decided it to seat others ahead of us. When we objected - the hostess responded to us by saying “ don’t worry there are plenty of tables”. She preceded to show us a table inside, when we corrected her and said we had been called for a table outside.. all she said was your name isn’t on the list for outside and stared at us blankly. Unwilling to help or solve the situation, she told us her colleague would help. We then had to add our name to the list to be seated AGAIN and was told to wait another 15 minutes - my group and I still remained patient at this time. Then the hostess took it upon herself to approach us - say that nothing was her fault she just started her shift and our name wasn’t on the list for outside. ( information we clearly knew and didn’t need to be told for the 15th time) She had refused to help rectify the situation in any manner and continued to argue that nothing was her fault even though the blame had never been placed on her. She continued to claim that we were yelling at her when no one ever raised their voice. We actually were calm when explaining why the situation was just frustrating. She must have went to complain to her manager an elaborate story because after waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes the manager came over and refused to serve us. Manager didn’t ask for our side of the story.
