I was in the drive thru line at 7:50pm and there were 2 cars ahead of me. They both ordered and once I pulled up to the drive thru screen I sat there waiting until about 7:55pm About 1 minute later I saw all the lights go off, so I called inside and spoke to the manager. I believe his name was Brian. Then again the guys who gave me his name could have been lying. Anyway he informed me that he told his stuff to shut down and close at 8:00pm no matter who was in line because they were installing new equipment. I informed him that I had been waiting in line well before 8pm and I wanted to place my order. He said he has nothing to do with that and he hung up on me. I then drove to the first window where the lady closed and locked her window and I was completely ignored and then I drove to the second window where two males were. I proceeded to explain what happened and I informed them that I will be making a complaint with corporate. They shrugged their shoulders and laughed. My children were very upset and so was I. I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of concern and customer service in my life. That was not the way to handle it. Read moreWent to the counter to order kept seeing the cashier giving impatient looks, almost forgot our fries so we asked and resolved then forgot to give us our specialty drink so again asked and resolved but then got home and wound up not getting any of our condiments no napkins nothing very diorganized and from two seperate employees we were responded to with "oh my bad I totally forgot" not very pleasant when you realize what you spend for the items that would have been completely missing from the order and last but not least every burger was asked for with no pickles not generally a big deal just a normal request and yeah there were no pickles because they took all the old burgers and peeled them from the buns leaving the seeds and residual juices on the bun you can see the perfect outline of it in the cheese and ketchup -__- with that being said I wont be back what a waste of time. Read moreWell, let's see...My friend and I pulled up to the drive through: I asked the man behind the screen to PLEASE split what I asked for in two orders. There was NO problem with that. But, when we got to the window things changed. After receiving the first order, we waited for about five minutes. Still, no second order, which my friend I paid for. Then, I was basically asked WHY I was still sitting in my car in front of the window. So, I pulled away, looked in the bag, and sure enough...No second order. My friend goes inside to get her food. She was given a very hard time. They were reluctant to fill the order. Then we get home...She looks at her burger and finds it to be extremely dry, topped with only a splash of mustard, and one pickle. WOW. They must have been really pissed. Makes sense when THEY were the ones who screwed up the order in the first place. If that's not enough, my nuggets and fries were completely cold, and my root beer was nothing but seltzer.
