Unbelievable! The salad bar was so fresh and so tasty!! The staff was unbelievably friendly and extremely helpful since this was our first visit. The owner talks to you like you are and have always been a friend. I rarely rate a place 10/10 but this one gets it. The overall vibe is wonderful. Highly Highly recommend!!

My wife and I frequent this establishment about once a month. The food is always very good and the service is phenomenal. If you like roast beef, try the Hamiltonian. If you prefer a salad, they have an open bar.

I write this review with much hesitation... First let me say that I have ate here several times and that Chef Rachel is absolutely amazing! Her food is innovative and delicious, but it is also out of place... While her food makes me think of a Chef inspired menu that is well thought out and delivered with care, the rest of the deli feels like a haphazardly put together convenient store/wanna be cheap pizzaria. It is very disjointed and I am very sad to see them straying from the elevated deli food that seemed to be the focus early on. The next issue that I have with this place is the owner, someone needs to teach him what is appropriate and inappropriate to talk about in a place of business and to his customers. Next is attention to detail and care that is shown by the owner, while I was eating my meal I watched him make several sandwiches without wearing gloves or even washing his hands. That would not have been so bad minus I also watched him touch dirty towels, wipe sweat from his forehead, scratch his arm, reach in his pocket and many other tasks that I would not want his hands on before making mine or my families food... Its a shame, I really liked this place and I...

Went there for the first time yesterday no greeting just guy standing behind the register. I asked for a slice of corn bread and could I have some butter he yells over to the guy do we have any butter? No I said OK well then I’ll pass on the corn bread. so can I have a kids grilled cheese he’s like no very rudely, I said excuse me, he goes loudly, I don’t make the rules around here but you have to be under 13 and my friend says it’s for her grandson over there. Finally got the food. Don’t get me wrong - My grandson and my friend said it was delicious. We went out into the alcove to sit then when we got done there was a trashcan it was turned around, so we just put the trash in there and the older guy comes out yells at us. This isn’t supposed to be used and that’s why it’s up against the wall and slams it up against the wall. Never ever will return. Co-owner came in and we spoke with him about it and he was humiliated offered to give us our money back and we passed i said read the customer service comments there is none. Well I should say there is customer service comments - It’s just very rude and uncalled for — never...

Edit: 3/2025: The one man - I guess Owner has never been very pleasant. I guess he is not a people person, but at least he could say hi or something instead of mumbling if even that. I don't usually see him talking a lot to his other customers there either. He doesn't have much of a personality and seems unhappy. There is another lady that has been working there for awhile and she used to be a sweetheart. I always enjoyed my small talk with her when they weren't busy. I have since moved away from the area but my Doctor's office is by there and occasionally I will stop in. I rarely see as many customers as I used to in there. I am wondering if it's because they are not personable or friendly. I don't know what happened to that lady but they need to hire people who enjoy working there and are good with people. These two are not which may explain less foot traffic. Why do they work there if they are so unhappy? On a bright note: their Tuna, Chicken Salad are best in Town! Amazing Pastries!! I used to go in all the time, one of their best and loyal...
