Ever since their past manager has left, their coffee has been terrible. I get a simple iced vanilla latte yet it seems to consist of nothing but milk. When asked to have it remade because it’s 95% milk I get told “I’ll remake it but next time it will be an up charge next time for an extra shot”. I explained I’m not asking for an extra shot I’m asking for it to be made correctly because I get coffee everyday at other pj’s and it does not taste like that. After having it remade it still is 95% milk and absolutely no change from the one I was previously given. My second drink of my order is a cold brew with a splash of half and half, however it’s always 90% milk. This used to be my favorite pj’s to go to, but since management has changed I do...

I went to pj's this morning to get a king cake. I put in my order behind one lady. Then 8 more people came in to put in orders. I had to wait behind the 8 people that were behind me to get my hot chocolate. The lady who appeared to be in charge asked me what I was waiting for. I said hot chocolate. I asked her to tell me why I had to wait behind all those people that came after me. She looked at me with a blank stare then turned her back to me without a word. Completely ignoring me.
