I went to Checkers this evening to purchase fully loaded fries and cheesesteak bites. I was in the drive-thru line. There were no cars ahead of me or after me. When I drove up to the first window, no one was there, so I drove up to the second window. Someone eventually approached the second window and asked me to back up to the first window. I'm not sure why no one was there at the window, and they made me go back because they weren't stationed at their window. I back up and pay for my food. I then drive forward to the second window again. Again, no one is stationed at the window when I get there. A moment later, someone came to the window and asked me to pull forward. I said, "No, I was just asked to back up, and now I'm being asked to pull forward when no one was ahead of me in line or after me." The woman tells a guy that I don't want to move up. He should have spoken to me before refunding me my money. He returned my money because I didn't want to move up. I could see in the window that the team was playing around and doing everything, but Afterwards, she went to get the manager, and he began shaking a piece of paper at me; I learned later it was a receipt. He refunded my money because I said no to moving up and did not want to speak to him. I placed an order for fully loaded fries and cheesesteak bites.
I wonder why those two things would take a long time. He then began knocking on my car window. I still had not spoken to or engaged with him at this time, as I was still waiting on my food. More than five people were in there, and no one was in line ahead or behind me the entire time, so why would I be asked to back up, pull forward to wait on two things? Afterward, he called the police because I was waiting for my food. I said nothing to him, as I was trying to avoid conflict. I then went inside, where they all were in the back, and I asked for the store number, and he refused to give me the store number. One team attempted to help me and the manager I believe told him not to provide me with the store number. After a screaming match because the team was making jokes about me and laughing at me, I decided to go outside and look for a store number. I did not see one on either side....

I took my family to eat here last night and the staff is horrible One young lady took it upon herself to tell me no and that I was on the timer when I was trying to explain to her that my food was cold and I also asked for a refund because she was being so rude and slammed the window in my face and she told me that were privately owned and that they didn’t give refunds back. Then I asked her to get her manager, and the manager was so nasty she came and also said I couldn’t get a refund and I told her I did not want anyone in there to make my food over because they were so nasty. The manager had gloves on, proceeded to go back to make sandwiches and did not change her gloves. I also spoke to another manager, who had just got off duty told me to call the GM the next morning so I went home. I called corporate and left a message for the hire manager to call me and also to see if I could get in touch with the person who they said on the place, if they have a face and attitude like that running their business, then they need to be shut down because they were very rude very nasty and unprofessional and no business like that should be open with such people running. It also called this morning and asked to speak to the two young ladies on the phone , saying the GM was not there I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that the manager was too busy to come to the phone and asked me was I the lady with the fish sandwich issue and I told her no it was another issue so then I called corporate again and I’m just waiting for the whom ever in upper management to give me a call and let me know what will be done because this is very sad that people like that is able to work in customer service. Do not take your family there to eat. Do not spend your money there because they will not give it...
Read moreI went to your establishment in Hampton tonight which is technologically out of my way because I have a Rally’s 5 minutes from my house. The nice young lady in the drivethru told me it would be a 5-6 minute wait on my fries which I didn’t mind waiting for. That was at 8:00 pm exactly! So I was given my drink and told to pull over to the side. No biggie. There was a car waiting before me as well. So as I waited, I observed the car in front of me leave, another car was pulled over and about 5 to 6 vehicles came through the drivethru, retrieved there food and left. So at 8:25pm and I went into the restaurant to see 2 baskets of fresh fries pulled. After standing at the front for 3 to 4 minutes and cars moving freely through the drive thru, another young lady asked the young lady that was took my order to help her give out the food to the cars that was pulled. I explained to them that I no longer wanted the order and that I wanted a refund. After standing there another 5 minutes, the lady on the grill told another lady with a piercing her lip to get my name and number. After she retrieved my refund, she brought it to me and asked for my name and number and I told her as long as I could get your corporate number. She didn’t hesitate at all and told me that there was not a corporate number. I didn’t received a apology from no one and it was like they blatantly did not care for the inconvenience at all.
