This is more so towards the staff, specifically Jess that was working on 12/5/19. I stopped by this evening. I attempted to pull in from the Mercury Blvd entrance, the car in front of me was turning in as well, in stead of circling the building (like you are supposed to) to get in line, just stopped right their at the mercury Blvd entrance, with her car half way on the street leaving me blocking traffic. I went around her and decided to enter the parking lot from the shopping center entrance at proceeded to the drive thru line the correct way. She was there for 5-7 min blocking traffic. When my turn came two more vehicles did the same exact thing cutting in front of me and several other vehicles in line. I call in to let them know of the issue. Jess answers. I explain the problem and her response is āyeah we know, there is nothing we can do about itā. While I know it is not the employees fault for the poor layout of this Starbucks location, just the lack of concern of the major build up it is causing on a busy street near a major intersection. I replied and said well, can you let the manager know that cones can be put up, so people know to circle the building. Jess replies āyeah we know. We put them up in the morningā. Just a second ago you said there was nothing you could do about it now your saying you have a solution but you only do something about it in the morning, despite the fact that Iām telling you itās a problem now. When I told her that she literally said nothing on the phone. I donāt know if it is really policy to only have to comes up in the morning or if no one working decided to put them up, but something definitely needs to be addressed.l,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdated: 7/9/2023 Went there earlier this week and they had Sumatra as dark roast. The cup was great. Went back today and still had Sumatra on the sign. What I got was not Sumatra. When I questioned it, they seemed to avoid answering me. I told them it was light roast. They insult the customer when they think I would not know the difference between Sumatra and a light roast. I heard them talking amongst themselves and then she told me "it's probably just mislabeled." So now they are purposely selling the customer a product that is not the advertised product. She did add a shot of espresso for free but the coffee was still way too bland compared to dark roast.

But on top of being 15 minutes late on a mobile order that gives you a time frame estimate, when the Barista called my name she quickly set my coffee aside behind their glass and walked away to leave me standing at the counter for over two minutes. Long enough so that she eventually brought another customer their coffee and put it on the correct customer side, this sparked another customer to speak up before i could about my coffee sitting before my eyes. Turns out they were missing 1 of my 3 items and chose this time to ask about a replacement as my other items had been sitting there.
Itās not until you watch a barista call your name, look you in the eyes as you walk to the counter, and then place your coffee on the employee side of the counter and leave you to stand at the counter for two minutes that you feel wronged, store needs to work on customer service.
