Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamtramck

This Jets makes great slices, can't get an order right, and has horrible management. I was in last night and while talking affably with the fella at the counter - no one waiting behind me in line - manager walks past me to leave turns around at the front door and shouts something over my head to the effect of "don't chat with them just take their money."

Pretty sure by his voice he was the guy who took my order when I called. I thought the person taking my order over the phone was new because they were clearly having some trouble with the computer and it took them longer than it really should have. But I'm fairly sure it was actually this manager and that he was also responsible for my order being wrong. I ordered a Four Corner Pizza and what they made for me was a small six slice Square.

It was dry, doe-y, and bubbly. Literally the worst Pizza that I've ever gotten from that location. And after my experience of being disregarded as a human being by the management who wanted his staff to just take my money and shut up, I'm going to blame that. Bad management from which I infer bad ownership.

My recommendation is don't order a pizza from this place, (if you have to, just get slices) the the manager will screw up your order and then mistreat his employees in front of you while regarding you as a walking, talking wallet. Instead, go down the street to Amici's and get your pizza from there for a while. Hopefully a new owner will come along or the current one will figure out how to actually...

For the past 8+ years I've been a loyal customer, never had a problem with delivery, but when you have a rude manager lying for a lazy delivery person who never showed up to make a delivery it makes the owner of this particular Jet's look bad. The delivery person never came through the gate like every other restaurant that was delivering orders at that very same time to our place of business. We have security sitting at the entrance gate, as always who had no problem with letting them in to do their job. And it's called delivery for a reason, you deliver to the customer. I sat there and watched every other delivery person come in through the gate into the cafeteria to deliver to their customers except Jet's. I got a phone call from someone playing the manager who had the nerve to tell me for an additional $3.50 the delivery guy would come back when he never showed up to even make a delivery. So as of tonight Jet's pizza just lost a long time customer over pure stupidity and bad customer service and the owner of this place can thank their arrogant so called manager and lazy delivery driver. Wish I could give zero stars for their...

So disappointing. This Jet’s has always been our go to pizza place. Great pizza, super nice staff, great customer service. At the beginning of the Covid 19 restrictions, it seemed like they were having trouble getting it together, so we stopped getting pizza from them. So tonight, after months with no Jet’s, we decided to treat ourselves. We figured that after so many months, they had to have gotten good at following the mandatory Covid restrictions. Well, unfortunately, there were many employees in the kitchen and counter area with very few masks in use. And even most of those wearing masks did not have them on properly. Pizza was still good. However, really can’t tell you how disappointed we were with our experience tonight. Have no idea when or if we will ever order from this Jet’s again. How hard is it for a business to just follow their own rules? And how many of these young people are going home to their families after night after night of close...
