Update 12/12/2021
Back to 1* - Pan pizza was ordered and a pan pizza was not received. No response from Dominos for over 3 weeks and now I've just issued a chargeback. This restaurant is fine if they don't screw up your order- but if you have an issue - they will not resolve it and your only resolution is a chargeback as you are completely and utterly ignored otherwise.
Reached out to the owner and never heard anything - also reached out to the social media team o who are only capable of lying to the customer claiming someone will be in touch (never happened for several weeks) And outright ignoring repeated contact attempts.
Update 12/15/2020 So Domino’s social media and customer service is a joke. Outright am ignored at this point, but that isn’t the fault of the store.
The chargeback is still going to go through. But the owner did reach out and attempted to make it right, and additionally certainly went above and beyond. Kudos to owners who actually get into the trenches. Replacement meal was much more up to par.
Certainly some areas to work on...Like additional staff being trained and able to resolve refund issues like this. Corporate needs to work on not ignoring a dozen tweets, six direct messages, a Facebook message, and two emails. As of the updated review only ever received two responses from corporate and the first was asking for the details already provided.
Regardless, as a whole...the communication just needs to be improved

Ordered a pizza and cheese bread. both were not edible. The cheese bread was disgustingly greasy and the dough essentially raw and had no structure.
The pizza flopped on it self after grabbing a slice and it is clear the dough was either raw, undercooked, or just was not made properly.
That's fine, things happen. What really brings the 1 (0 if i could) stars is the lack of follow up, broken promises, and complete disregard for the customer.
I followed up several time via social media and email channels and never heard back. I did eventually receive a phone call stating that they'd call later to get my information to provide a refund and make it right. That never happened.
Needless to say, I'll just be doing a chargeback at this point and never buying from...
Read moreI ordered three pizzas from Domino’s Pizza, I was a little late picking them up. One of the pizzas the Brooklyn. With sausage and mushrooms. Should have been square cut they were very busy. I called the manager I wanted a pizza to be made remade. He wouldn’t tell me if he was the manager. But his name was Rob. He said he didn’t have to remake the pizza that it was just a courtesy, and the least of his worries. He Said it taste just the same whether it’s square cut or regular triangle Cut. I told him there was a reason why I got a square cut pizza. And that was because I have children here and they don’t eat the whole pieces of triangle cut pizza. That was the only pizza I had a problem with. I will never return to dominoes again. I will never recommend them to anybody. And if anybody asks my answer : do not go to dominoes. Go to Papa John’s little Caesars or Pizza Hut. All three of which I have never been talked to so rudely or told that it doesn’t matter because the pizza taste the same. He would not give me his last name so I don’t even know that he was a manager but they should not have people working for them like that. Working for them no matter how busy they are. Customer service should be number one, I was not rude to him. And I do not expect to spend money at a place and be talked to like I am stupid. Read moreI wish I could give this place a better review, but I can't for a few reasons. Delivery drivers have been kind, polite, and mindful, but consistency in the accuracy of my order is always off: especially in delivery. One time I ordered wings, but got something totally different. Another time, I ordered wings, and didn't get my wings. Today, I ordered a medium pan pizza and wings, and got pasta and a totally different pizza. The delivery driver was very distressed and slightly frantic. Just before I was going to make the call to the store, I heard him say. "Sir! Sir!" I opened the door and he apologized for giving me the wrong order. He said he would be right back. So he took back the wrong food, and came back reasonably within 5 minutes. What was kind of surprising is he knocked on my window to let me know he was there when bringing the right food. Professional? I'm not to sure. Food was cold, and my garlic sauce was missing. It's not the end of the world, and I felt really bad for the guy being that the weather conditions weren't suitable and they were close to closing. I could tell he was stressed, but unfortunately, it's not worth it to order from this place again. You'll waste your money. Management needs...
