My family and I specifically drove to this Dunkin for Baskin Robins on Sunday at 6:30PM. The door said it was open until 9PM. The doors were locked but ppl were sitting inside - it’s only 6:30, and you’d think dunkin would stay open. My husband caught a workers attention and she said ‘only drive thru is open’. So we all back in the car to go to drive thru. My husband asked if they’d serve Baskin Robins, and the lady said no. My husband asked politely why? She said because they were ‘short staffed’. Here’s the thing - if we ordered coffee, you’d have to make the coffee. SOMEONE IS DOING THAT! What difference would’ve made if she served a scoop of ice cream? The excuse of “short staff” is somewhat irrelevant now and should not be used anymore. First and last time we’ll be at this Dunkin. Horrible customer service and we didn’t even order...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I recently went to this place and we try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time we seem to go here they’re always missing something and the food is burnt. I ordered a maple bacon, croissant sandwich and the croissant was burnt, like I mean, black, and it was burnt on the bottle. I understand if they’re going through hard times, but the staff needs to be better trained part of that has to do with management. Like it’s to the point where it’s getting ridiculous either train your staff or hire a new people. I’m tired of coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts and food is either missing or is burnt. And sometimes they give us the wrong food item thank God I’m not allergic to anything but if I was, I’ll be dead from this Dunkin’ Donuts. please I mean PLEASE GET THIS STAFF TOGETHER next time this happens I will be speaking...
Read moreVisited this Dunkin’ Donuts with my two sisters and had one of the worst customer service experiences. There was no line, and we only asked for a couple of minutes to decide on our order. From that moment, the older Black lady at the counter (possibly the manager) was noticeably cold, rude, and acted as if serving us was a burden. While my sister was ordering coffee for our parents, she paused briefly (about three seconds) to confirm cream and sugar preferences, and the cashier snapped, “Well, I can’t decide for you,” in an unnecessarily rude tone. When my sister tried to use a coupon, the cashier was equally abrupt. Her body language throughout was unprofessional, and when handing us our drinks, she simply placed them on the counter and walked away without a word. We left feeling unwelcome and will not...
