Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Sure I'll admit I came into this location to see if they had a bathroom I could use. Not from the area and was on foot. I walk in go to the bathroom the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying "Bathrooms for paying customers only." So I figured they had a key or something. I went to get in line and bought a Power Aid and asked to use the bathroom and if there was a key. The woman working said "Girl I wish the bathroom had a key!" I laughed it off and went back to the bathroom. This time the door was unlocked so I assumed nobody was in there. I open the door and there were two girls in there getting high. I was surprised said Sorry and quickly closed the door. I tried the next door and it was open but the bathroom was disgusting. There was a open box of donuts on the floor, no toilet paper at all, none, someone prolly stole it, the toilet didn't flush, and there was graffiti all over the walls. I wouldn't have even used it normally if it hadn't had been am emergency. Ya definitely don't have to be a paying customer I guess to use their bathroom either. Not a dunkin I would ever...

I used to LOVE this location, but I started noticing the same two employees always having an attitude with me at the window as of recently. As a result, I cannot stand going here anymore!!! They don’t get my order right so I ask for them to fix it and I guess they get mad, but if they just made it correctly the first time it wouldn’t be an issue and I’d be on my way. The coffee used to be perfect here and I never had any complaints, but they just can’t get it right anymore and the coffee tastes bitter!! Super disappointing... I go early and it doesn’t have that fresh taste that it used to on top of them not making it right. Also, I would understand if I was the type to give them a hard time or give them an attitude, but if I’m being completely polite and just asking for them to fix it I should not be hearing employees complaining in the background about how I always ask for this or that smh!!!! I work in customer service myself and would NEVERRRR get out of character like that at work unless I was being disrespected, but that is never the case... you just lost a...

I stopped by Dunkin' this morning and was greeted by a group of young men working behind the counter. They’re always so polite and bring a fun, comical energy that makes the visit enjoyable. Today, I asked if they could remake my coffee with less creamer not only did they do it without hesitation, but they were genuinely sweet about it and made sure I was happy with the result.

What really stands out is that they always aim to get it right, and they do so with kindness and professionalism. I actually drive over 35 minutes just to come to this location a few times a week because the experience is consistently great. Even during their busy rush especially between 8 and 9 a.m. The team handles the pressure with a positive attitude. Never had a bad visit here. Keep up...
