KAY Jewelers — Local services in Hanover Township

This store honestly has some of the worst service I have ever received. Everytime I go to their location they have an issue looking up my engagement ring record. I have been to this location on three separate occasions and the people I deal with are never very welcoming or friendly. Today I went to have my ring inspected and it needs to be repaired since not one but two of the diamonds fell out. One of the employees looked at my ring under a microscope and tried to tell me that only one stone was missing. I had to show him where the second Stone was missing. I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for them to pull up my ring record. On a separate occasion I went to this location to have my ring inspected as well as to have some watch links removed from a watch I had purchased. On the first visit they removed the links without an issue. When I went back at a later date to have a link put back in because the watch was too tight they told me they had to charge me a fee. They can't seem to keep their story straight and they are all around very unorganized. If you need to have any service done on your jewelry I would not recommend going to...

Elise was amazing on two different occasions. She took her time, was considerate and wasn’t pushy. If you are making a purchase go with her. She won’t pressure you and will give her honest opinion even if the item is cheaper than a more expensive item you were looking at. She was quick, efficient and sweet. On the other hand, Zack might have been having a bad night when we had stopped in, but a customer shouldn’t feel like a burden or feel like the associate is annoyed with them. From the beginning of our entrance we felt like he was rude and like he wasn’t willing to help us. Once again it could have been a hard night, but as a key, he should have been polite and even explained to us it was hard night. We understand there were difficulties with the system but feel like our experience could have been a lot better, had it been that his attitude was gentler or more polite. This Kay jewelers is WAY better than the one in the Lehigh Valley Mall. When I went in I was immediately greeted and the worker, Natalia, showed me everything I wanted to see, let me try it on (then sanitized of course), and helped me put together a wish list of some things I was thinking about getting for my birthday. I had such a great experience here. When I went to the mall they didn't greet me, wouldn't let me try on anything because of "covid" (which was dumb because the other Kay DID let me try stuff on), and no one assisted me.
