Yocco's The Hot Dog King — Restaurant in Hanover Township

We were there at 7pm and the kid that was cleaning the front dinning room was very rude. He was sweeping the floor in a way that stuff was flying all over. Then while sitting at the table he swept under the table we were sitting at. Without saying a word. He then proceeded to mop the floor. One of the customers was trying to leave and couldn't get past him due to him not paying attention to where people are. He almost hit her with his elbow while moping. I have a low tolerance for chemicals and had to leave do to the smell burning my eyes and throat. The person I was with went up front to get our food wrapped up. The lady that was working the register was leaving for the night at 7:46pm. I was standing outside watching the kid when he went to put the mats back down, there were several customers at the counter. He said excuse me and just tossed them down. Dust went everywhere. My friend was trying to keep our food covered but the kid did not care. There were three mats and he did the same thing with all of them. With all of this what I am really trying to understand is they do not close until 9pm. Why are you doing this when you have people in the dining...

I've been going to the Yacco's chain since I was a little girl. I live in New Jersey now and I travel to Pennsylvania specifically to go to Yacco's once a month. It's in my blood. A well done dog with everything, which includes chili, mustard, onion, there's nothing better. It's as close as you're going to get to a New York dog,in my opinion. They're made on the griddle, they are not dirty water dogs. Look up the history of Yacco's It's brief, but interesting. The service is wonderful and, the restaurant is always clean, for the amount of business that it does I'm surprised. There's more than one around the Lehigh Valley. I frequent the one around Airport Road which is Bethlehem I think? Anyway, I say this because I want to mention the consistency from restaurant to restaurant. It's always the same thing. A Yacco's dog with everything is the same at every restaurant, I've never had any different, nor have I ever been to a Yacco's where they have made a mistake on my order, which is saying something for going there for decades. Everybody has their spots, a spot that you'll go to even if you don't have anybody to go with....

Kenya is the worse fake manager ever.. We came in ordered two hot dogs with only cheese and chili and she added mustards when we didnt ask for it, she rolled her eyes when we said we didnt want mustard, we also ordered a chicken cheese steak, we said we didnt want onions on any food at all, due to allergies.. they made a cheese steak instead, remade the chicken cheesesteak and put onions in it.. We didn't notice the onion until taking a bite! My husband brought the chicken cheesesteak to the counter an asked when I ordered this chicken cheesesteak did i ask for onion? The so called manager said " No you said you didnt want onions on anything" my husband said okay so then why is there onion on it? She ran in the back an screamed "have a good day sir!" & she called corporate.. We asked for a lowsy $5 refund and she would not give us a refund for a sandwhich we did not eat and will be having allergic reactions from.. She told us to call corporate?! Worse...
