Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Hapeville

I love pizza, specially vegetarian pizza, and even though they have a good selection of their own creation of vegetarian pizzas I always like to make my own. 1st, the gentlemen that made the pizza did an excellent job spreading out the toppings across the entire pizza, unlike some places that they throw everything on there and leave huge empty space of crust. 2nd, the drink selection is also good, even though most of the time I don't drink at meal time I did today. 3rd, the "brownies" are so good, so of course I had one. 4th, thanks to the lady that was working the oven, my pizza came out perfect. It wasn't overcooked or undercooked like in some locations that just uses those automatic ovens, so of course nothing was left on my plate. 5tg, the location was clean, organized and inviting, thanks to the other lady who was also making sure it stays that way.

The only downside to my visit which was "NOT" any issue with the service or their work, but with the "CUSTOMERS that don't have manners and leave all their trash on the table, seriously. As I told the lady that was cleaning up the tables, "I cannot understand why people have their trash on the table." Why do people go to a self serve restaurant, which is a restaurant that don't have waitresses or waiters, but has trash cans right by the doors that you go out of, but show no respect and leave all their trash on the tables as if the employees are obligated to clean up after themselves? People, you had an excellent service and ate an awesome pizza in a great atmosphere, why do you have to leave your trash behind? It takes less than 10 seconds to put all your trash on the aluminum pizza plate, carry and throw it out in the trash can right by the door that your walking out of, it's called common sense, courtesy and respect.

We use to go to this location on a regular basis because my toddler loves the concept. However the staff can be extremely rude and we will not return. I had one bad experience and gave them a second chance. On my last visit I purchased lunch for myself and my small child and decided to eat outside. The staff decided they wanted to sweep the area while we were eating and kicking up dust all over our food and cloths. When I asked them to stop they ignored me and kept cleaning. I had to throw our lunch away and go get lunch somewhere else. Needless to say my child was not happy but even as a toddler understood why this was not okay. When she sees the restaurant she says “mommy they are rude” and I just agree. Not to mention they won’t let you purchase a child meal unless your child is with you, which makes no sense. They have less and less customers since they’ve opened. How you treat people matters.

For clarity your process may have changed but it was a young man and older women that both worked in the restaurant as they were behind the counter when I purchased our food. Making it even more offensive. Also I work in the area and use to be a regular customer so I am very clear on the Hapeville location, no...

I have been here several times and it is hit or miss. Today, 7/24 was a miss. The cashier didn’t add my redemption reward to my order. I asked Jazmine if it was removed. Then while sitting at the table..:I see it is not.

The salad I ordered was just ok. The kids pizzas were fine. Then when I went up for my 2 scoops of gelato. This is where it really went downhill. My kids got their 1 scoops and had a full bowl. Then when I went up my bowl was empty to me and I had paid for more scoops than them. I should have just asked for a refund. However, now I know it depends on who serves you. It was the lady with the glasses…not sure of her name.

When I checked on the portion size with the two male workers. They both seemed unbothered and uninterested in my request. I know they spoke English but they just smiled. I simply asked “ is this the normal portion for 2 scoops” and they said “it depends on the ice cream” hmmm that didn’t seem like the best answer to me. How do I know which icecream/gelato to get. Yeah, I won’t be back. I will go to another location in the future. I run into too many issues over here by Delta and I expect 5 star by now.
