I should probably preface this with saying this review is not indicative to the state of Wendy's as a whole, but why I will not be returning to this one in particular ever again.
Where do I even start? I went in yesterday and there was a customer in front of me, wanted to ring in a coupon. The nice girl behind the counter needed the manager for it. When he came out to do the coupon, he acted like he was being bothered to just do his job. He then proceeded to make scathing comments about the poor girl, just trying to do her job. What kind of manager berates their staff like that? Especially in front of customers?
I refuse to support a business with people like this at the helm. How many of those employees can't sleep at night and dread coming to work everyday because of him, and him alone? I'm just upset I didn't get the guys name, all I could notice was his crappy attitude and his extremely gross looking hands, those fingernails looked like they just did an hour in the deep fryer. How many more staff need to put up with this guy's abuse before someone within the company puts a stop to it?
I couldn't stay after that display, it was everything in me to call this guy out on his behavior, but I worried it would make things worse for the workers after I left, all I could do is walk out, I went to a competitor down the street...

If this is a franchise I would be very interested in having the owner respond or provide me with contact information so we can discuss the conduct of your managers and employees at this business. Less than honest practices include not responding to the drive-through speaker when a customer arrives close to closing time and rude and unprecedented vocabulary when conducting business with clients. One of your managers was also kind enough to inform me that it was my fault that my pick up order was received and accepted but not made at 10:55 PM. He then proceeded to tell me maybe if I had got there on time I would’ve got my food. I arrived well before closing to pick up an order that should have already been made, but I suppose an hourly worker would not understand the principle behind...

There was a long wait inside which The Employee at the register blamed on a large drive-thru order. Despite the food line backup, this employees was only ringing up 1 order at the counter at a time and only taking the next order(s) when each order was fully prepared and given to the customer. Why not take all the orders and BATCH the food to get it done quicker?
Also the manager was the only person hustling... That man was literally RUNNING while the employees stood around barely helping at all. The manager is also the only one who is permitted to ring in coupons and discounts..... Either you trust your employees and work efficiently... Off don't take coupons.... That additional wait is ridiculous!
The food was average as is expected for fast food, but the efficiency was bottom...
