The food has been good every time I have gone but they have some customer service and online kinks I’d like to see worked out.
Online it says they are open until 11pm during the week. I get out of work at 10pm and I try to order around 9:50. I go to pick up the food and every time they seem like they are unhappy that I ordered and in some cases have been rude to me. As soon as I walk out the door (10:15) they’ll lock it and shut off the lights. If they close at 10:00 or even 10:30 I wouldn’t order after work because I’ve been there and know what it’s like for people to order last minute when you’re trying to clean up, however if they’re open until 11:00 I don’t see that it should be a big deal for me to pick up food at 10:00.
Another incedent I had happened on a night where we were getting a small amount of snow. (There was maybe an inch of snow on my car after work) I called to place an order and they told me they had closed early because the weather was too bad. I don’t know where you think you are but in northern Michigan I’ve been expected to show up and work my shift every day for the past 10 years even if there’s 2 ft. of snow.
One thing I think they should change is their online ordering will cap you at $20 unless you pay with a credit card ahead of time. A pizza, breadsticks, sauces, and a pop can come to over $20. I can understand limiting it (maybe $40-$50 limit) but I can’t order one pizza and some sides without having to use a credit card? I’d rather just pay cash for $20...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I stopped in to order dinner on 1/2/18 around 5pm. They were busy with a decent sized line and phones ringing. Staff is very new and friendly. We placed our carryout order and the wait was about 45 minutes. We chose to wait there until our food was ready. In that time, we saw several happy customers picking up orders. There was a mix up on orders which sent a lady (very unhappy) out the door. Mix ups are bound to happen with such a busy time. I will recommend that some senior staff or staff with experience need to change their tone when talking to other staff. Becoming flustered and frustrated is going to happen. The more encouragement to staff the better the outcome. I will also recommend that customers have more patience. We enjoyed our pizza and...
Read moreI understand they are new .one thing I noticed was the busier they got the shorter the fuse on the experienced person got towards the new employee. Then they made mistakes, one was on our order told 15 min they opens at 4 we ordered at 403 we ordered salad Philly steak sandwich and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. After half an hour told our order was ready we had salad and Philly steak told them we needed chicken bacon ranch . 15 min later were told our order was ready didn't check when we got home had 2 Philly steak and no chicken bacon ranch and salad. Experienced employees need to take a step back and remember when they first started and treat new employees accordingly, we are human we make mistakes,as long as we learn from them it will get easier for...
