Holy cow talk about needing to work on customer service! Not only did we wait 20 minutes for our food, they got it wrong. I ordered chili which at lunch still wasnt ready but the girl offered to warm it up in the microwave for me. She got yelled at for it by the manager. I went to the counter to correct the wrong food (a hamburger which had cheese and I can't have cheese) and got YELLED at by Edison and then had another customers receipt waved in my face to which I replied I'm sorry but I was here before all of them. The foods always cold and the carpet is so greasy you stick to it. To top it all off when I was leaving Edison apologized and said I hope you come back. I told him I understood, I worked in fast food, and said he just needed to work on customer service a little but I told him I would come back. He got a MAJOR attitude then because how dare I give some constructive criticism and I said "you know what I don't think I will be back" to which he replied "I hope you don't!" Read moreIt was the typical nightmare of a fast food drive through. Long waits and incorrect orders. Now maybe you feel that this is nothing new... incorrect orders can happen. I normally shrug my shoulders then simply avoid that location. BUT when the sandwich you paid for is $3 or more dollars different I become irritated. We ordered the "Dave's Double" 8 and change but recieved a single patty "baconator" 5 and change.... no no no. The wait in line at the drive through was nearly 20 minutes. I then had to park and go in. Im not going to carry their mistake in. Im not there to score extra food. I want the right thing and the wrong food should be the payment for having to walk inside. NOPE the wiman was like no we have to have record of the mistake before we will provide you with a new burger. SO I THEN HAD TO GO BACK OUT TO THE CAR to get the other. Absolutely ridiculous. They throw that food away. That is a waste of food and a waste of time. I suggest you go to burger king next door. They normally make it right. As well as taco bell down the street. And all be it, McDonald's is not known for quality food but the Boon road McDonald's at least has good...
Read moreTbh I think we are done visiting Wendy's for awhile. Just placed a 40$ order and got stale old cold fries and stale buns with cold burgers. (Added 5-14-24). ...... We love Wendy's but this trip was quite frustrating. I was handed a Jr strawberry frosty when we ordered a regular, and the cashier got an attitude when I told her it was wrong. I then asked for a couple little ketchup cups for my kids to use in the backseat and she seemed confused on what they were, finally saying she could go to the dining room to get them for me. We then get parked and realize my son's sandwich wasn't made properly so had to run in and get a new sandwich made. Get back out to the car and hand everything out and realize they gave us one straw for 4 drinks and all 4 fries were only filled halfway, below the curved line of the cup! (This seems to be a new habit for Wendy's in Cadillac, the last handful of trips, most of them have been like this and it is not ok). Go back again to get straws. Strawberry frosty was awful, very syrupy and very artificial flavor. Overall it was just a very dissapointing and irritating trip. I'm human and make mistakes too...
