Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Harker Heights

If I could rate them a “No Star” I would!!! The General Manager is RUDE and inconsiderate. WEve had problems with them 3 times now. We went in one night and spent 46 dollars on 5 boxes, when we get home, the canes sauce was spilt in one of the boxes and the chicken in all of the boxes were the size of my pinkie finger. We called up there and the manager apologized and sent us 5 cards in the mail to get our meals replaced. Once we got the cards, we took two of them up there for dinner about a week later, we asked the cashier if we could replace the coleslaw for honey mustard and she didn’t know how to respond, she went and got a manager and the manager asked us if we still wanted Canes sauce and we said YES! So she says ok and lets us know we can only have one honey mustard in replace of the coleslaw which was fine. We get all the way home in Killeen and open the box to find NO CANES SAUCE AND ONE HONEY MUSTARD.... I told my husband to call the store and he did, he talks to a manger and says she will replace the food, I gave her my name and said thank you. We go back a couple of days later and asks for our remake. The female manager that asked if we wanted canes sauce still tells us that we called the wrong canes store but she would go talk to the GM. She comes back and says the GM will replace ONLY the sauces. My husband asked to speak to him, He comes out with a very unprofessional attitude making us feel very uncomfortable. He tells us that he does not allow remakes but he will happily replace just the sauces in a sarcastic voice. We ended up paying for 2 meals and using the other 3 cards. The cards were for box combos and whenever the food came out they only had 3 fingers in each box and no coleslaw. Me and my husband began feeling like it was starting to get personal. The cashier was very nice and told the assistant manger to fix it and she was rolling her eyes at us. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NOT RECONMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. THEY HAVE NEVER...

Hello everyone it's me again!!! As you can see I'm posting with photos attached again. I have to be very disappointed to post a review and as they say a picture is worth a thousand words. I went to Cane's today in Harker Heights and normally the food I'd fantastic and fresh. But this time the fries were like McDonald's fries that sit under the light and the pieces of chicken that you see is because I pulled all the stale parts off and tried to decipher that which was ok. I purchased the Caniac Combo & the only thing that was perfect was the bread & the drink. While I fo understand that you don't hit a homerun all the time, this is totally out of line with the great food that "this" particular Cane's provides for their customers. While I will go to Cane's again, I hope that their food is at their usual...

The food was great. The food was fresh piping hot and crispy. Attendant at the window was very friendly. Our order was filled correctly. Our us flag though proudly displayed, It was badly shredded on the edges. Please just remove it. A bare pole is easier on the eyes than a flagpole with a torn and tattered flag on the end of it. So many in this area have fought to defend the glory of that banner. Can we please just do little better?

Also, please keep in mind that local veteran associations like VFW. DAV and American Legion will properly dispose of your flag in a very honorable and besutiful way. Don't hesitate to take and deliver your torn and tattered flag to them.

Your food and service were great, but please "old glory" needs your love too.
