The food is usually edible, but it would help if they would care enough about it to not bring the foot long chili-cheese coney out in the same bag with the hamburger, standing up and down. They even stood the hotdog up with the open end of the package at the bottom of the paper bag, so there was a big chili and cheese mess on the bottom of the bag that soaked through to my truck seat. Another example is when I've ordered a pretzel and drink at the speaker, and they brought the pretzel out without the cheese and didn't say a word. Half of the pretzel order is the cheese, and they were perfectly fine charging me the full amount and only bringing me half of that order without any mention of the issue. When I brought it up, I was told they were out of cheese so that's all they could do for me. No offering of a refund or substitution. When they don't care enough to bring the food out correctly, I can only imagine what they don't care enough to do correctly in the kitchen.
Speaking of doing things correctly in the kitchen, we haven't gotten a correct slush here in AT LEAST the past 12 months. We've gone a few times to try and give them another chance, and we've gone a few other times on accident, but the slush's are always watery! There have even been a couple times where I went to get the Shark Week slush, and they brought it to me in a foam cup with the flat lid.
My only saving grace is that there's multiple other SONIC locations in the area, so we make it a habit to drive past this location in favor of the other further...
Read moreNot sure what’s going on at this location… but it took 20 mins to get a jr burger medium fries and a medium grape cream slush.. not exactly sure what’s going on happening at this location but someone needs to grab this store and turn it around. To be fair there were 6 cars on the lot when I arrived orders seemed to be rolling out with no problem of course I have no idea how long those cars had been sitting there. If those customers had to wait as long as I did then I can see why orders seemed to rolling out all at once. On to the food… fries were living under a heat lamp for atleast an hour, burger cold, not worth feeding to a dog (I’m dead serious on this) there was absolutely no temperature to the bag at all. With a sandwich and fries in the bag it should have had some temperature coming from the bag. Have I touched my grape cream slush? , nah that’s probably the only thing HOT I got.. I used to operate and manage a sonic and if anything like this quality walked out my door the person who sent that food out the door would have been right behind it.. Theres absolutely no excuse at all serving customers food of this quality. YALL GET THIS PLACE TOGETHER.. I have a feeling a health inspector will be at this location...
