So i got a burrito with cheese, pinto beans, and sour cream. When i was ordering i asked her for that and she asked if i would like the kids meal because it’s cheaper and instead just has 2 small tortillas. I said sure cause i mean it’s cheaper why not i have nothing wrong with a couple small tortillas. When i got to another person who put the cheese in he had an attitude. Sounded offended that i was only getting cheese added to my burrito. At the end when we got our food and drinks i noticed my cup was child sized, my nacho bag(which is hardly enough for a child) is child sized, and my food when i opened it was not put together and there was beans everywhere. The one bean i didn’t want(black beans) was all over the container because the didn’t level the food and shook it up. So now my tortillas were soggy from the juice of the beans i didn’t like. I was never told i had to make it, she just told me it was cheaper. Not to mention i don’t understand why she gave me beans i didn’t want. I only got the kids meal because it was cheaper, i didn’t want tiny versions of everything as well as a burrito that wasn’t put together. Unfortunately when i went back to remake my burrito (not as a kids meal) they were out of pinto beans, which was weird because they still had many hours before closing. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. The staff always is in a bad mood whenever i come here. You guys need to start hiring...
Read moreAvoid going to this Chipotle, especially on weekends. I’m a loyal Chipotle customer and I used to come to this location multiple times a week. I’m not the type of person to complain or leave reviews but this is how bad this Chipotle is. First, they ran out of rice. I waited about 10 minutes for them to bring out new white rice. Mind you, they were out of both rices at the time. I don’t mind waiting all. This isn’t what upset me. A couple of minutes go by, and I overheard a coworker asking why I was holding up the line if they put out fresh brown rice. I didn’t want brown rice. I thought this was very unprofessional being that I, a customer, overheard her say this. Anyway, I waited for the rice to come out just for the rice to be severely undercooked and crunchy. If you’re going to have people wait for rice? at least cook the rice fully! And they only want to give you a singluar scoop of rice, so I’ve been asking for extra rice. Second, they rarely have vinaigrette. Last, the location is dirty. No napkins, hardly any forks, etc. I don’t want a refund or anything from Chipotle I just want to warn people to avoid this location.
*There will be a new Chipotle opening on March 28 on Stone Spring Rd for those who are also tired of...
Read moreThis chipotle has repeatedly, and willingly given me and other people I know incorrect orders. When they run out of things and you order online, they don’t call to tell you that they’re out, or have item availability at the location on the app. They just straight up won’t give you the item and don’t tell you, and most of the time you don’t find out until you’re already eating it. Today I ordered chips and queso on the app. I didn’t get the chips because they were out. I wouldn’t have gotten the chips and queso if I had known they didn’t have chips? But they said I have to go through customer service online to get a refund but they wouldn’t give me a refund, just a reward for a free drink? The chips and queso I ordered was $7 and a drink is like $2. I also ordered steak and white rice in a burrito and got chicken and brown rice presumably because they ran out, and obviously I wouldn’t have found out until I took a bite of my burrito so they just put whatever in it. Huge health violation, what if I had an allergy? And this isn’t the only time they’ve done this. This has happened to me and other people I know multiple times… it would just be nice if they could show item availability BEFORE you spend the money,...
