Thien- An Pho (House of Noodle) — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

We came for brisket pho and were not dissapointed! The broth was very flavorful and had such a delicious depth of richness. The owner was very friendly and came out to make sure everything was to our liking. We shared that pho was my daughters birthday dinner request. Later he came out with an order of chicken wings stating that he didn't have cake but made her birthday wings. My daughter LOVES bone-in wings, more than cake actually so that was so kind. We also ordered and appetizer of the Bbq Pork Rolls (summer roll), which we thought was a unique creation and they were excellent! My husband ordered the Combination Stir-Fried Egg Noodle dish which had a good helping of protein and he really enjoyed it. We were impressed with the freshness and portion size of the servings. Oh! My wife and I cant think of any words to write that could describe the authenicly deliciousness of the most savory broth ever and the ingredients used in the clear wrap with pork were crispy ,fresh succulent. Just absolutly taste bud filling goodness. On another note i would love ro see that the cashier / hostess would be fluent in spanish . I feel that this location is perfect and should be swamped day and night with customers. But many latinos choose no to eat in many locations because of the lack of communication.. but small issue nothing big for this amaizing place. Edit: The past couple of times I got a to-go order the fried tofu was soggy and flavorless :(. I keep hoping it will be as delicious as it was the first time but it hasn't been so yet.

ATTENTION! Please do yourself a favor and get the salt and pepper tofu! Even if you don't like tofu this might gateway you. It is flavorful and darn right addicting - kinda reminded me of calamari. It was so freakin crispy; I think they may have wrapped it in rice paper before frying it? Anyhoo the pho was good too, came out super fast. I love traditional pho with tendon but I feel like most places give you like 1 piece of tendon, but not this place!
