The girls at the Hartland Dunkin act very holier than thou, which is funny, considering they’re working at a Dunkin in a gas station of all places. My girlfriend and I went through the line today for a sandwich and a drink and not only was the worker on the drive thru speaker obviously not all there but we could hear her coworkers making fun of our order and for what? Just cause I asked for no cheese (admittedly I did ask twice/three times because the last two times they’ve messed up and put cheese.) we could hear them repeatedly going “no cheese! No cheese!” In the background as their mentally challenged coworker tried her hardest to press three buttons on a screen to edit the coffee. Seriously, had to stop us three times to catch up with the order. It was infuriating and we just pulled out of line. I have never done that before but feel the ladies at the Hartland Dunkin deserved some more confusion to their day. Honestly, don’t know why I went today, considering they’ve messed up my online order twice before this....
Read moreI am a frequent customer (at least five days per week). I am usually VERY happy with the service I receive from the weekday staff. Today, 9/22/18, I walked in at 7:40 am and as I approached the order counter, an employee screams from the back, we’re shorted staffed, it will be a while before I can get to you! The man in front of me had been standing there for more than 10 minutes. As he decided to leave without ordering, the cashier approached the counter to take my order. She sharply stated that if I wanted food, I better plan to WAIT. I was patient and agreed, but then she insisted that she didn’t have time to make food as in fair warning - you better only order beverages. I cancelled the order and decided to leave. She was not only rude, but had the worst demeanor I’ve ever seen in customer service. I will NO LONGER be a patron of this location. Maybe my $40 per week doesn’t matter, but I will not contribute to a company that employs that kind of person - short...
Read moreBefore every road trip, my husband and I stop at this Dunkin. I always get bacon and ask for it to be cooked well. And that’s what I have always gotten. Until today. Today, I was told that they didn’t have the ability to cook it any more than it is. Another person walks by and says the same thing. I told them both, that it was always done for me that way, that they were the 1st to tell me this. This is when the young lady at the register tells me “here we do it by Dunkin’s standards”. At that point, my husband and I walked away.
Both women were more interested in being argumentative, than politely stating their place. Wish I had gotten their names. The young lady at the register had a lip or nose piercing with glasses, and the other person that chimed in, was older with dark brown hair. Am assuming a manager?? In either case, stopping at Dunkin before our road trips, will be replaced by a business that cares more about...
