Got the big kahuna and it was mainly a big flop. My sandwich fell apart instantly when I picked it up, the bottom bun almost nonexistent as it was so soggy. I'm holding the bottom bun in the picture below. And WAY too much stuff on that sub, it was not very good. There were way too many jalapeños (compared to meat & other ingredients) I understand it's supposed to be spicy and that's what I wanted but it it was mainly inedible. All I ate was the top bun after it collapsed since there was also barely any cheese on the top bun, just a soggy glop of meat, peppers & mushroom. I wouldn't of been so bad if it was extremely soggy and just impossible to pick up & eat. The contents of the sandwich leaked out of the bag and this overall was a bad experience. The associates working there were okay, kept getting confused and the communication wasn't the best but that wasn't really a problem. I've gotten this sub in the past and it has never been this wet & soggy before. For a $12 sub to fall apart like this within seconds of eating it is a big pass for me. Read moreTerrible experience. Walked in and waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. Wasnt busy at all.. pretty dead inside with only 2 people already eating. Nobody in drive thru either at the moment. Lady finally asked me my order. Gave her my 2 orders then preceeded to tell her the toppings I wanted on them. She interrupted me and told me to go sit down and come back to tell her the toppings later when she started to make them. I was confused since no one was there and she was already writing my order down and just simply writing the toppings down with it would have been easier than me sitting down for 5 minutes then coming back to tell her. I got back up to tell her the toppings then had to sit back down. She made the subs then had to get back up again to pay. Why I needed to sit down and get back up multiple times seemed very odd to me. Plus when I got home the subs weren't even correct. Seemed like such a waste of time and money. Aiden is leading by example and going the extra mile with simple suggestions and kindness. He joked around with me, including another kind gentleman that was ringing me up with a jovial attitude.
