My fiancé and I decided to grab coffee this morning. We didn’t know what we wanted quite yet since it my first time in a while being there, as well as his first time ever. We got up to the window and the young lady was very passive. We didn’t think too much of it since we were still trying to figure out what we wanted. She seemed very impatient, and when I asked her about a certain flavor, she was very annoyed. We told her our order, paid, and got our change back. It was a couple cents we had gotten back, so I wanted to put it in the tip jar, only to find out I couldn’t reach it. My fiance insisted to keep the change and we would give her cash when we had gotten our coffee. The second she closed the drive thru window, we both hear her talking about our service. She was describing me in a very hurtful way to her coworkers, saying how I didn’t know what I wanted, and also pointed out how I didn’t tip; when for certain that was our plan all along. This went on until she served us our coffee. We are big tippers, and know how life and work balance is, especially being younger, and maybe in college. We couldn’t believe how someone could be so hateful about something so small. We decided not to give her cash, we took our coffee, and headed out. The coffee is great, but just know when you’re talking bad about customers who support your business, be more aware of your...
Read moreUpdated review: After I posted my previous review, the company contacted me to address the issues. They really listened and cared about what I had to say. I believe that they really care about the customers and want to put out the best product possible. I love Java Moe's and they literally have the best coffee I have ever had in my life.
Old review: I'll start this review off by saying that I love Java Moe's coffee. The reason for the 1 star rating is that the workers are rude and nasty. We have visited this location 3 times. The first was fine. The second time the male worker added whipped cream to my coffee despite me asking for none. Instead of remaking the coffee, he took the lid off and scooped the whipped cream off with it. He then walked away and closed the window to do who knows what to it. The third time we visited, the male worker was there so we went around to the other side. The female worker did not ask for our rewards information or even what size coffee we wanted. When my husband asked her if she had gotten the size that he wanted, she rolled her eyes and closed the window. Needless to say, we will not be patronizing this particular Java...
Read moreI’ve had mostly great experiences. The only negative experience I had, was a month, or so, ago. I should have said something then, but I also work retail, and time gets away… oh well! There is a young lady who works there, and she doesn’t seem to be very happy the few times she has served me, when I go through the line. This particular day I asked for a drink that is normally cold, but wanted that flavor hot, and said so. When she came back with my coffee, all I said was, “oh I’m sorry! I asked for it hot!” Then she said something along the lines of “these come cold” and seemed pretty irritated. I repeated that I wanted it hot so she fixed it and I thanked her more than once and tipped as I always do. Though, she didn’t say another word to me after “these come cold”. Every visit after that I have made sure to say very succinctly, the word “hot” lol. Anyway, that’s the only negative I’ve had. Most every other experience...
