EDIT FOR 2024: I don't know how anyone else is having 5 star experiences because I certainly never do. Every single time I order here, no matter how big or small, my order is WRONG. Missing items, wrong sauces, no salt on the fries- its always something. And one of the last times I went in to eat, they rushed my fiancé and I out of the door. I'm seriously just going to start going to the Petal location because the employees at this location don't listen or pay attention. Today our order was pretty simple. One southern shrimp meal, one boneless wings n things with the wings tossed in sweet n spicy and a pink lemonade, one buffalo boneless wings n things with the fingers in tounge torch and the wings in hot honey mustard with a cherry coke, and one cup of coleslaw. They didn't give any zaxtail sauce with the shrimp meal, no salt was on the fries in any of the meals, the buffalo wings n things was all tongue torch, no utensils, and no napkins. How? How do they continually make these mistakes when the customer speaks clear and concise? It wasn't as though they were slammed either, they had a few cars in the lot and one truck ahead of us in the drive thru, maybe one behind us. I sincerely do not understand this location. Off to Petal I go.
OLD REVIEW: Ordered online two wings and things (one buffalo one regular), a basket of fries, and a cup of coleslaw as well as two extra zax sauces. When we got our order, they forgot the coleslaw, the two zax sauces, the straws to our drinks, our forks, our napkins, and to top it off they either messed up the wings on my plate and redropped them then resauced them or they mixed the sauces in the sauce buckets. I waited about 15 minutes and nobody showed up so i called...they said the online and check-in services aren't working(there was nothing posted ANYWHERE on the building that this was an issue or something that was going on) I was told to come to the drive-thru....they said they didn't have my order even though there's not another Zaxby's in Hattiesburg and the fact that i called them from the number listed on the email. They told me to park and someone would come out. i went inside because I'd already been waiting long enough and no one tried to rectify my situation. Read morePlaced my order online. Get there to get it and lobby is closed, drive thru online. 20 freaking minutes in line, my food was cold and nasty, $34 of wasted food. Restaurants are allowed to be open now, no reason I should have had to wait that long for food that was paid for, done and sitting there getting soggy and cold. Zaxby's needs to figure out a better system.
Update. 2/20/22 Still suck. Finally opened lobby. Did order for pickup. Go inside to be ignored along with 4 other customers, waiting to correct their wrong or missing order. After almost 10 minutes I get my food, start to leave, then realize, they forgot my drink. The waiting and being ignored starts again. I own a business, if this was my place, EVERY single person there would be fired , including the management. This place needs a complete reboot or a new owner. Maybe the problem...
