McDonald's — Restaurant in Hawaii

Diner closes whenever it wants. Serves breakfast and lunch but never open during dinner. Worst part about Kailua Kona in general is that these people bring their sickness and their sick kids wherever they go and act like there us nothing wrong with it, it totally ruins the atmosphere and after covid, there should be much more strict measures on these people bringing sickness around. There is no excuse. They come in cars and eat inside the mcdonalds instead of keeping their sickness to themselves and eating in the car or at home, so mcdonalds gets loss of points for ALLOWING the sick to just run around and do what they want. Someone needs to tell these people about themselves. This us a strong 3 stars cause there is a lot to complain about, service is slow and it seems understaffed and sick people go unchecked at every table someone is coughing and sharing an organization of sickness....

First Experience: Usually I get great service from this particular McDonald's but this time they failed. I understand that they're very busy, especially with all the tourist here. As they we're bringing out my meal for curbside, I noticed the worker spilling my drink as she was walking to my car. The result was me having a large cup that's halfway filled. The workers should bring out the food on a tray so they don't have to struggle bringing multiple orders out to curbside. Or they should invest in some kind of cart so they won't be spilling our food. And I recommend maybe adding and extra stall for curbside being that they only have two. Second experience: Waited ten minutes at curbside for large fries. As it turned out, they gave my order to...

I love to use my McDonald's app. I earn points and enjoy my meals. I also love that I don't have to stand at the kiosk to order or wait at the counter for my food. I ordered a happy meal hamburger customized to add cheese ,mayo, and lettuce. I also ordered my fries with no salt and a large diet with no ice. This was 6000 points that were deducted from my 34,000 points, and I paid .99 cents for my added items to my sandwich and upgrade drink. I sat at a table of my choice and entered the table number paid for my food and just relaxed. The app will let me know the status of my order and how long my wait is. Then wallah. Here comes my server with my food. The more you order, the more your points grow and the more free food...
