I went in this afternoon to grab a quick iced coffee and it was absolutely PACKED in Target, including the Sbux line. Three workers and a line of six to eight people and a full cafeteria area with tons of people waiting for drinks. As I stood waiting in line, I watched Danny ring customers while simultaneously giveing verbal directions to the two other workers and patiently explaining what certain drink abbreviations stood for, how to work the drip machine, make certain drinks, etc to his team. Then a guest in the cafeteria set off the Target emergency exit alarm on the side door, at which point he reassured the flustered guest and alerted a Target employee to have the alarm switched off, all with grace and poise. Then he kindly served my drink and personally acknowledged me to tell me it was ready, rather than shout it across the room. It was absolute chaos and could have been a nightmare of an experience for many Sbux guests, and I thought to myself, "Man, he's working his butt off. If I was that guy I'd be losing my mind.
