Horrible service!! Horrible management!! Nothing but attitudes!!

Waited only 10 minutes for a table to only then be told that the food wait is about 45 minutes. We were ok with that, we thought at least they warned up. Our waitress Andrea V asked if we wanted to put our order in to get it started and then would put our appetizer in. Well the appetizer and salads took 45 minutes to receive, after one hour we asked what was going on with our order and were told that it shouldn't be much longer. When we asked why the larger table of 8 that was seated after us already had their meal we were told that our order went into the system after the large party and the large parties order was a priority over a smaller party. Asked to speak to a manager who came out only to speak over us, did not at all seem sympathetic and not genuine with her apology, she had such a horrible attitude. When we stated that we were told the party of 8 was more a priority than us, she confirmed that larger parties do take priority even though we ordered before them. She then told us that our appetizer slowed our order up. So our waitress who encouraged us to order one and would put it in after our dinner order ended up putting in the app before our dinner so that slowed everything up, even though she suggested how to proceed with ordering so that it would not take so long.

One of our orders was a dinner salad with dressing on the side, well when the salad finally came out it was swimming in the dressing and the lettuce was warm and wilted. We asked them to take it back for a fresh one and to bring the dressing on the side, 20 minutes later nothing. We just cancelled the order. The rest of our food came out, only to have the sides cold. We complained again and after all of that the manager only took off the side salads and appetizer! Our bill was $90 even after the "kind" manager removed some items for our troubles.

We were there for over 2 hours for a party of four. They kept saying how busy they were with the holiday (Labor Day) yet there were over 5 tables empty most of the time we were seated, no wait at the door. To top it all off, two of us who had the same dish were up all night running to the bathroom. Never again!! I will make the 45 minute trip out of my way to eat at Lucille's BBQ in Concord...

Reasonable food at reasonable prices provided at a glacial pace.

We were concerned when we arrived and went to put our names in and the person working the podium seemed confused as to what he was supposed to do. He mumbled, got confused easily. This is not a large place but the guy working the podium would disappear for strangely long periods of time leaving newly arrived people confused. We considered leaving when we realized that at least every other group he called hadn't waited for their spot and had left already.

We get seated in about 30 minutes (after being told 15~20) and our server is very nice. She's friendly and she made sure we had our drinks. One of the stars is just for her attitude. Unfortunately she meandered around the place at the same pace as everyone else who worked there.

My wife and I were confused as to why the wait for everything was so long. The restaurant was less than half full, many empty tables throughout the entire place.

The food arrived and it was reasonable, there are other places in Hayward that are better. The prices were good for the food. $80 for three adults with the tip.

We were asked if we wanted dessert and we were interested, and that started the final wait. We waited for about 15 minutes (just a bit longer) just to have our waitress bring us a menu, I could have gone up front and grabbed on in under a minute if I'd realized it was the same menu. Do not visit the Hayward locatio! I entered the restaurant which I thought to be crowded judging by the amount of people waiting to be seated .I happened to see someone who worked there eating in the front with the customers...She lick her fingertips and tells me it's ok to sit at the bar to eat?..Wow..I thought employees take there breaks in the break room?..Anyway, the bartender asks what I like..I say I can't quite see what's on tap without my glasses on..Instead of giving me a rundown of the beers..He gives me a dumb look as says nothing..I finally leaned over the bar..squinted. .and made out one of the beers to order....I waited nearly 1/2 hour for my food order from a restaurant that was only 1/4th full on a Saturday night. Bartender just plopped the food down..didn't ask if I needed anything else...after 10 minutes I realized you're supposed to be served with the different bbq sauces to choose from..had to reach over the bar just to get catsup for my fries. Food was way overpriced for how much you get on your plate..I don't usually write reviews..good or bad...BUT..I have to truly recommend not to go to...
